Service really slow, understaffed. My room was. Ot ready for check in at 5pm when check in starts at 3pm. Had to wait a long time for check out because there was only one employee in the reception.

Great Hotel with Bay View.
The room (Bay Plus) was in the 30th floor. The view is absolutely amazing, especially from the terrace. It was very clean and moderne.
The location of the hotel is also very good. You are near to many shops and public transport.
The staff was very kind.

Perfect one night stay
The hotel has a great location and direct access to the mall Brickell City Center. Its modern, clean and spacious. Didn't have time to enjoy the anmenities this time since we were only in miami one night for a layover. However next time I am in Miami will be staying here for sure.

Overall, we would stay here again. We really enjoyed the hotel.
The room was comfortable and clean. The room was really quiet, where we felt like we had very good private space.
The room was a little dark, even with full on light. We requested fresh towels, and it took a reminder call to make that happen.

Wonderful
Loved the room and how close it was to the city. The concierge service was wonderful.
It didn’t have water by the bedside that’s the only thing I disliked aside that my stay was wonderful.
