Breakfast was good and staff very helpful

On arrival I needed help with cases but no one on the door

Room was clean and bright. Liked the wood floors and the bathroom was fab.

Mattress could have been firmer for my liking.

The room was comfortable, pillows and mattress were perfect! It was also very clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

The surrounding areas were scary, we did not feel safe walking nearby. There was no water in the room.

The location and the hotel building itself were very nice.

The staff was not supportive at all. There were two bottles of water in the room which turned out not to be for free. That was shocking, definitely not a 4* hotel not to offer free water. The answer of management is that free water could be found on the web page, but if you start coughing suddenly you can not start searching on web page to find free water. That was stupid.

This room was large and very clean. The bed was large and also very comfortable. On arrival we engaged with a younger man who was incredibly helpful directing us to restaurants and shops nearby. Having read reviews about the foyer of the hotel I would have to say that I didn't find there to be anything wrong. The foyer is clean with a couple of seats, there's a front desk that is staffed 24/7.

Like other reviewers, we also noticed the people next door at the shelter/hostel, however no one bothered us. The area does feel a little deserted/run down, however it is just a short walk to areas that are more populated - I would not have walked alone however my partner and I felt safe to walk as a couple. What I did find interesting is that this is the only hotel I stayed in during my trip to North America (8 hotels) in which you did not require a room key to access and use the elevator. This felt particularly unsafe as there was no security for the hotel and the valet worker was observed to be deep in conversation with people the few times we walked past - meaning we felt like no one was engaged in any type of security in the hotel.

Since breakfast wasn't included, we went elsewhere as $24pp was too expensive for what was offered.

Bed was too small. No queens or kings available. Room 612 smelled of mold.

Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and the stadium.

The bathroom door was glass. Since it was a family trip, this made things very awkward because you could see too much into the bathroom.

Clean and big enough for the room . I didn't get breakfast and location is quite good.

Nice Boutique Hotel with u funky vibe. Struggled with the coffee machine a bit but the coffee was great. Nice breakfast next doors

room was adequate, comfortable and well equipped. the location is superb. The staff is excellent and very helpful. We landed eary and on request our room was prepared for a early check in. Breakfast is adequate , not great. but does well. Stsaff everywhere was great.

The breakfast can be better as well as the luggage / clothes storage facility in the room.

Who came up with the glass wall idea to separate the bathroom and room? I feel like this is the worst design idea I have ever seen haha I was sharing a room with my brother and we took turns outside the room to have shower. I didn’t pay attention to this while booking the room.

The hotel was quaint and the staff were nice. The room was beautiful. I loved the hardwood floors. There are things to do, stores, and restaurants in the area...if you walk in the right direction.

Breakfast was an extra charge. The bathroom door of my room was tricky and I got locked in. Thankfully I wasn't alone in the room.

Great sized bathroom with modern features. The bed was large and comfortable. Good location near restaurants, like Julia & Henry’s, which you should definitely visit! The vintage decor of the hotel was stunning!

We didn’t like having a glass door into the bathroom as my children are young adults and were sharing a room. They would have liked more privacy! We didn’t think the breakfast was worth the price we paid.

First of all, the location is perfect for those who are visiting both Miami Downtown and beaches nearby, Miami Beach included. The breakfast was excellent and respond to all need with an exrtra high five for the woman serving there, she was wonderful in welcoming us.

The gym could be bigger. The location could be seen as unsecure by night but not really, it is safe.
