Hostel Ostello Bello, Milan

Everything was perfect, it’s not my first time there. Clean sheets, clean bathroom, they have also some stuff for remove makeup, dry shampoo. They have kitchen with free foods. They offer me breakfast and drinks. And they were always smiling and trying to solve if there is a problem. I felt cold and I texted them, in 2 minute they opened air conditioner. For me the most important part was cleaning and all was very good. Thanks again:)

Everything was great, staff is awesome, many activities, location is perfect 5 min walk to Duomo and metro. Clean spacious rooms and nice bathrooms. Breakfast is worth it too.

If they could add a curtain or something to the bed, to make it a little more private.

Great location in the city centre. Staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, thank you! Kitchen facilities free to use, and coffee and tea were free. Free welcome drink and earplugs was a nice touch.

Kitchen a little dirty but expected due to several guests sharing. Was a little annoying using an app but had no issues with it

Overall, everything was satisfactory for me. However, it would have been beneficial if they offered more vegetarian breakfast options. On the positive side, the provision of complimentary locks, water, and coffee was a nice touch.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ostello Bello, and it was an experience I won't soon forget. The standout aspect of this hostel was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcome and had everything they needed for a comfortable stay. A special shoutout to Lauren from the event team, who was truly remarkable. Her dedication to keeping everyone informed and engaged was impressive. She made sure that all the guests were aware of the activities and events happening at the hostel, which added a lot of value to my stay. The pub crawl event organized by the hostel was a highlight of my trip. It was not only a great way to explore the local nightlife but also an excellent opportunity to meet fellow travelers. The event was well-organized, fun, and safe, thanks to the attentive planning and execution by the hostel team, especially Lauren. Overall, Ostello Bello exceeded my expectations. The combination of a vibrant atmosphere, exceptional staff, and exciting events like the pub crawl made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a fun, friendly, and well-organized place to stay. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Social activities in the hostel

I loved this hostel 10/10. Met some really cool people in my room and through a bar crawl that the hostel sponsored. The girl leading our little bar crawl was also super fun and nice so shoutout to her! The hostel's in a great location (prob a 10 min walk from the Duomo) and super close to most of the attractions and a lot of great restaurants. The staff was super super friendly and remembered my name after like one single interaction, which I was thoroughly impressed with. The breakfast was also super awesome and the free welcome drink was just another added benefit. Good atmosphere also for the little bar underneath the rooms, it was a nice place to chill. Also they provided earplugs for potential noise, there was a hairdryer, provided towels and little locks for the storage areas for stuff, and other stuff too if you asked, which was awes.

Ok to preface I am a sleepy girl if nothing else and I can fall asleep with/sleep through an absurd amount of noise. That being said I did actually notice that it was a bit loud because of the bar/music downstairs while I was going to sleep BUT it was like 10:30pm on a Thursday night and I was only on the second floor. They also gave us earplugs too which I was not using so lol probably more my fault than anything, but either way it was nothing crazy just something I noticed. Also I can definitely fall asleep on almost any surface and did notice that I could somewhat feel the springs in the mattress LOL BUT I did sleep soundly and comfy in the end so no biggie and thats seriously nitpicking, I did really love this hostel.

I loved everything! I enjoyed the smiles and friendly stuff! I loved the welcome drink and coffees! Everyone was kind and helpful! I loved the recommendations, loving conversations and the warmth atmosphere. THANK YOU! ❤️

All aspects were superb. The hostel has a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere with a fantastic staff. Its proximity to the city center enhances the overall positive experience.

I am first time solo traveller , was very scared and skeptical about staying in hostel all by myself but ostello bello exceeded all my expectations. The people , the food and the hospitality was exceptional. I was so sad to leave this place, but will definitely be visiting again. Made some really cool friends too. Missing it so much already💗💗💗
