The place is beautiful and very comfortable.

I didn't know that I should stop my car in front of the hotel, so I tried to park my car on the parking. When I arrived on the parking, a man from the parking came to me and said me that I couldn't do that with in a bit harsh way. I've made the way to come back in front of the hotel and a bus was already stopped there, taking all the place. It was really hard ans annoyng to know that I was calsing trouble on the traffic to find a place to wait the valet. You don't give us a choice to park by ourselves and instead you charge 40 dollars to make this for us that way.

From the moment we stepped out of our Uber it was clear we were in for a special experience. From the doormen to reception snd the concierge staff everyone was welcoming, friendly and helpful. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and the hotel had spread rose petals on our bed and bathroom along with chocolates, which was a lovely surprise. Good sized room, the comfiest bed, a spa bath and an amazing toilet all made the experience great. Breakfast was also fabulous and we loved the garden room. The hotel was just beautiful but it’s the staff that really made our stay so special.

Everything was perfect, only wish we had longer than 3 nights!

The amenities in the bathroom were very luxurious and unique. I especially enjoyed the deep soaker tub! The fireplace was an added touch of elegance as well. The staff was very nice too!

Perhaps if there was a little more greenery. But I do understand that it is a downtown hotel.

One of the best Ritz hotels I have been to. Almost everything is perfect there. Starting from the receptionist through rooms quality, the personal touch and willingness to help . I am very satisfied. It was a truly exceptional experience.

- The invoice sytem or the receptionist forgot to deduct room credit from our final bill. So I contacted then and asked to correct the invoice. They did, but wrongly. For the hotel this class it looks a bit silly that you need to do a calculation for them. - We had to wait about 40 minutes for breakfast. I expect better timing. - Before the arrival I had asked about 2 rooms nearby as we were travelling with kids. Our rooms were 10 rooms apart. Situation was resolved quickly and we were relocated to room-by-room.

Location was amazing! Hotel was beautiful. Small reception though. You don't have much room to hang out near the reception. It's small. The pool was amazing.

The breakfast at the restaurant was ok. I got 2 eggs with 6 potatoes and the ham was not the quality I expected for a meal that costs 37$. 37$ for 2 eggs and 6 potatoes and a slice of ham...and plain wholegrain bread. No butter. Disappointed by the breakfast. But everything else was amazing

The staff were amazing and the service was excellent.

It was a shame the Maison Bould was not open for breakfast during the week.

Lots of details showing all kind of qualities, in both room comfortness, luxury and great services. A combination of graceful historical feeling and modern equipments.

Everything was impeccable to the last details.

Everything. The staff never said no. They were able to accommodate a last-minute dinner reservation for our second night there and gave us a wonderful recommendation for dinner the first night. A city map was provided, the room was comfortable. I have never stayed at a better hotel. The staff made us feel like we were the only people staying there.

The breakfast was terrible, cold toast cold and hard eggs which seem to have stayed under the heat lamp for ever. The presentation lack finish. Love the room and the bathroom. Thank you for the bottle of bubbly to celebrate our special occasion , nice touch. Reception staff was great.

Did not like the breakfast. I also found it very annoying that when we checked out the doorman and the bellboy were arguing in front of us about who should get the tip.

There is anything to dislike. This place is just amazing. They have everything you need and much more. When they do not have what you are looking for, they will organise it for you. It was my 50th birthday and they prepared a bottle wine in the bedroom accompanied by macaroons. This was day 1. Day 2 my daughter received a little present and day 3 I got a birthday cake and a birthday card.

There is mothing that I did not like apart from not being able to book more meals in their gourmet restaurant as they are constantly busy. I managed to have branch there only once during my stay and the salmon was to die for.

I loved everything about the hotel including breakfast in my room. My friend would have preferred eating downstairs, but realize Covid prevented that.

Eggs Benedictine just so so.( My friend ordered this. I loved the fruit plate and yoghurt. The coffee was perfect!

It was our wedding anniversary and the service was amazing. We had a cake and a card waiting for us in the room

We arrived off a long flight at 10pm - no bar facilities open at all. The restaurant and garden closed on Monday & Tuesday. very poor for a five star hotel to not have any bar open for residents.

The bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was too expensive. 37$ for 2 eggs, 3 slices of bacon and 5 potatoes. The faucets in the bathroom were broken, remote didn't work. Overpriced
