Very fancy beautiful rooms elegant bathroom.staff was very helpful.the location is great one short walk across the bridge and your in Red Square

When things were said And done it was a little more expensive than i wanted it.But that is not really their fault you. If you want luxury you pay for it .

The front desk staff were not very helpful with the COVID test information, in fact they made it even worse by giving wrong info, when confronted they were not even apologetic and just brushed it off that it has nothing to do with them

Amazing location, just a short walk away from the Kremlin.

The employees at the reception had a very arrogant manner to them. (except the older gentleman on the last day which did a fantastic job) A guest paying close to 1.000€ for three days can expect to be hosted with respect and courtesy. The rooms were ok but old and but broken in parts.

All the staff were supporting and try to help in English language

Breakfast is normal, nothing special to mention it.

I waited for 30 minutes to check-in, and i had to sit waiting for the key of the room for 3 hours. Even i sent email asking for early check-in.

Unfortunately we found a cockroach in the room

Very bad experience. Very pricy, and although location is within a walking distance to the Kremlin & Red square, there’s no single cafe, restaurant, supermarket or even a grocery shop nearby. Check-in/ check-out is very slow. Rooms are not glamours as in pix. Furniture is old & crappy. Food is terrible & I got food poisoning from the in-room dining. So I started eating outside, except for breakfast because I already paid for it. In general this place is not recommended at all. So save your money & time and book in any other hotel. The breakfast was good and concierge service was good .

The furniture is very old and the carpet in the room was old and disgusting , I didn’t even like to step on it. The whole hotel needs renovation. The reception had very few staff and couldn’t attend to us well. They need to be trained to be more polite to guests specially the ladies staff in reception.

The place is really good, Red Square is only walking distance , room & breakfast is amazing. Staff is good but the best one is Nikita, so helpful, very polite & kind and fluent in english( A staff like that desserve a promotion).

If the guard can communicate in english it will be more better.

I likes the break fast specially the lady who is preparing the omelette. She is very nice, friendly, and speaking excellent English and little Arabic. The river view from the front side only is very nice.

I didn't like the way that reception staff is talking to customers as they are not friendly and not trying to help the customer to resolve any problem. Hotel floor and the room floor also are very old and making noise when stepping. There was alot of noice from outside id the hote as lots of construction currently is going on. The housekeeping cleaning also was bad. The used cups were not cleaned after using them. The curtains is not having full black out for the sun rays during day time. The value we paid is not meeting our expectation for a 5 star hotel.

Location and room service!

Someone opened my door at 3 am!! Luckily I had the chain on!! At the beginning they gave very old room without shower head! Then they moved me to the new floor. The staff is not what expected in 5 stars hotels! Very poor no since of hospitality.

Location is very good, excellent food in room service.

I had to change the room at 6 am, they gave construction side! The stuff is not helpful at all I had to keep calling asking again and again. They didn’t even welcome me in the check in !! Starting with passports !!
