Great staff, hotel, and location.

The location...

The AC is Automatic and it is annoying and gets warm some times.

When next rooms open and closes door its noisy and makes pressure in our room which rattles the door and wall behind the bed, it so annoying specially when you want to sleep at night, maybe because the door closes very fast and causes suction.

Excellent location friendly stuff.

The entrance have a step and it was difficult for the baby stroller or the old people.

in our second visit the flash of the toilet wasn't Working well. the AC was a bit warmer and the scale wasn't working.

The entrance staircase good but you don't have other option for baby stroller rather than carry all the way.

The view of our historical suit is right around the corner of the street and the big balcony loved it!

The toilet size is a bit small and that it only has 1 in the bedroom

Location

1) Rooms: The new standard rooms were spacious, with no surrounding room noises and very professional/ of high quality with a large desk to work on if needed. 2) Location: The location is absolutely amazing since it is extremely close and of walking distance to Moscow's main attractions i.e. Red Square, Kremlin and even the huge shopping center TSUM being across the road. 3) Breakfast: Excellent buffet with an enormous amount of choices to your breakfast. Amazing tastes all around.

Room was really beautiful and clean. Much appreciated for changing our room to bigger one - that was absolute surprise for us! Thanks very much for that. Breakfast was perfect! Honestly - everything in this hotel is great, clean , beautiful, including professional and kind staff, meal, room, maybe the price is a bit higher than it should be, but nevertheless every single thing in Metropol is perfect!

We haven't noticed any inconveniences or uncomfortable situations during our stay. Everything was perfect.

Porters and bellmen could have provided the better service.

Hallway to rooms are dull and very old. Staff are a bit rude and not helpful. A bit pricy compared to the room size we were offered. AC is not working properly for 2 rooms.

The hotel upgraded us to a historical luxe, which is a great room, although seems a bit period. The staff was all very helpful. In general a true classic, proper grand hotel with an old school charm

The hotel is being renovated, which meant a few facilities closed, some rooms unavailable etc

Classic hotel in the center of Moscow, BIG suites. Unrenovated suites are preferred as they convey spirit of the hotel better,

Renovations still going on in other parts of hotel.

The hotel’s location is excellent! The staff are very friendly and speak english as well. The service is great. The room was ready and we did not wait for a long time. Will definitely come back to this hotel.
