Hotel Grand Hyatt, Mumbai

It was quite grand n conveniently situated n it was quiet though near the airport.

Beds liner broken, stain on carpet and where kettle is there are bugs infestation

Loved the room, pool area, spa and dining facilities. Food choices were excellent and everything was fresh and tasty. Check in and check out was seamless. A spacious room with the courtyard view.. The location of the hotel is central to many areas that we wanted to visit. 15/20 min ride to anywhere.

There is not much within walkable distance in terms of entertainment and dining.

Club lounge was excellent. Nice selection of food.

Some mosquitoes around in lobby and even rooms. Room, mainly bathroom and washroom need renovations… For me personally I’m disappointed as I didn’t get even the same deal for 1 more day…

Very helpful concierge Polite and helpful staff Hotel restaurants are very good We ate everything and as Europeans we didn’t get sick

Location is not very convenient if you are a tourist as you are everyday commuting to areas like Colaba and Fort. During afternoons and evenings the traffic is crazy. It took us 1h30 to go from the hotel to gateway of India.

The bed was very firm.

Room was very spacious but not practical. One cannot charge mobile devices on both sides of the bed. During breakfast VEGETARIAN OPTIONS are very limited, especially in the desert section.

Breakfast was one of the best I have seen in my travels over the years and staff was attentive

We had a cup of tea in the bar. They charged us INR 700 which is way too much and it was not even hot.

After we finished off the dinner on 1st night, we were asked to make the payment immediately, though we had two nights stay.

It’s beautiful. Good food. Awesome pool.

The room service was very slow. We asked for blankets multiple times and we never got them.

The breakfast was great and the spa and pool facilities were excellent.

Room wasn’t ready on time and was missing an extra bed that was ordered. Laundry here was extortionate.

Great atmosphere, really helpful staff

“I messaged earlier to mention that during the hotel check-in, there were a large number of mosquitoes in the lobby. This made it extremely difficult to sit there comfortably."

My room was initially de graded but after I complained my room was change to the one I booked. Also when I book in other hotels for 3 adults they give us extra bed but here in grand Hyatt the bed is not there, so basically 3 adults can’t stay in one room although you charge for it and allow booking.

Lavish dinner with live kitchen was really nice

Everyone was helpful with a smile and went the extra mile.

It's not that I didn't like but I think the bathrooms need a renew from the tubes.

No kids area to play; even though it was a apartment it didn't have all the kitchen utensils;; pool was closed; food was spicy

The apartment rooms looked worn out. Wasn't clean and had problems with mosquito. Reception staff were slow and check in took time.
