Although I didn't like that the A/C went out on us one night, I did take comfort in the fact that the front desk was able to address the issue right away.

The room was great! Very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. For this price it’s one of the best options one can find in NYC considering great location, spacious room and nice service.

The lower level bathrooms were a mess.

The facility is very conveniently located in the heart of the City. The staff is very helpful and nice.

The room was spacious. The staff were very nice. They always gave me water at the reception.

The bathroom was not very nice. Water easily spills towards the toilet from the shower. Overall, my family had a great time.

Once I arrived the gentleman from the front desk was very polite and upgraded my room as I checked in. Gentleman from check out was also very polite.

Only half hour for late check out when I called guest services to request for some time extra

The room 726 smelled like cigarettes. The front desk would not break twenty so that we could leave tips.

Very clean room. Very nice and friendly staff. Everything was so cool and spacious over there. I really liked staying at Hyatt Centric. They also let me order from grubhub as much as i wanted. Not a problem. And the location is very cool. You are at the beginning of Wall Street. A lot of nice places and restaurants all around.

Would have been nice if the spa would have been open. The breakfast wasn´t special.

Cici at the front desk was incredibly helpful. They were having staff shortages which caused delays with check-in time and she handled the situation extremely well. We requested an extra blanket later on and she brought it herself! 5 stars for customer service.

My room and bathroom were very spacious, clean and well maintained, the bed was very comfortable, generally I was very satisfied.

They charged me twice and I'm still waiting to get the money back even though it's been a couple of days already. Very inconvenient to say the least. Also, nobody answers e-mails. Bathroom was very nice but I didn't like the lighting, it was too dark. Booking.com says there's a spa but it wasn't available and that was disappointing.

The bed was not necessarily the most comfortable I've slept in over the course of this past year and because of my job I get to sleep in a fair number of hotels each year.

The insane prices for breakfast, especially a buffet with a limited number of food choices. The average cost per breakfast (I purchased six during my stay) was nearly $50. That is bloody insane for bacon and eggs!

Staff was friendly, location was prime, and we got a deal with parking.

When we walked in the bed had what looked like a pee or coffee stain so I questioned the cleanliness of the room. Also the shower was a great size but the drain was on an incline so the water level was retained until we push the water out ourselves.

The room was nice. It was quiet and bigger than expected. Every day was cleaned perfectly, which I appreciate a lot! The hotel is close to the metro station and the neighborhood is very good.

It was cold and we couldn't manage the temperature and the air conditioning fan from the remote control installed in the room. We asked a few times at the reception to stop the air condition, but nothing changed. The breakfast was maybe the worst I ever had, so we didn't eat in the hotel and go outside.

very quiet - rooms must be soundproofed. amazing shower. lovely big room - 42m sq. very comfy bed. quiet air con. could open window to allow air circulation unlike a lot if hotels. exceptional reception staff. cleaning service daily.

the hairdryer was on it’s last legs and nozzle missing. i am sure i would have got replacement but was in too much if hurry to ask. arrived late due to flight cancellation do ate in the bar - food not up to much.
