Lovely hotel for a short stay with small, well designed rooms and great facilities (coffee/restaurant/bar)
Very clean, beautifully designed and unique.
Shower is beautiful and has amazing water pressure however, it really needs a door or more glass to better contain the water within the shower.

A great birthday getaway with my best friends.
I loved the overall aesthetic of the hotel and I loved that there was a coffee shop inside the hotel. The staff was also super friendly and the beds were very comfortable.
The room was smaller than I expected but it’s NYC so it was okay.

Comfortable beds and a beautiful, luxurious bathroom.
Room was quite small for three of us without enough room to store our suitcases.

Lovely boutique hotel in great location.
Location. Lovely interior. Probably a bit smaller than I anticipated but very cosy and quite cool.
Extras charged in room for water. Given the room prices I feel a bottle of water should be included. My children ran into their room day one and immediately opened a bottle of water and a bar of chocolate left out on the wall structure . This error cost $20.

The location was convenient to most major attactions.
The ambience of the hotel including the amazing roof top bar with the views.
The staff were welcoming and helpful especially the housekeepers and reception
The noise made it difficult to sleep at times, you may want to look at double glazing windows to buffer the noise.

Loved our stay and the staff at MADE. Highly recommended.
The finishings in the room were very nice and luxe. The room, while small, was great all around. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved our stay!
Space is limited, so there wasn't a closet or drawers to store clothing. They did have a few hangers though, so we made it work.

Great hotel, great location, awesome staff!
We loved the location! So close to the subways, great places to eat in walking distance, and it had a nice rooftop bar as well as a cute coffee shop in the lobby. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and very helpful when giving advice as to where to go and giving us recommendations.
The price was pretty high for a smaller space, especially during the weekdays, but we did find out the hotels in general that week were very expensive so it was understandable and I’m glad we booked early.
