Lovely hotel with the cutest ambassador (Merlot the parrot)
Everyone was friendly with lots to do even when the weather wasn’t fantastic.
The only thing I didn’t like was paying $30 a day for parking and having to still walk quite a ways to get to the hotel to parking lot.

I liked the pool set up. Only downfall was the weather, but couldn’t complain much for that
I wish the restaurants were a little bit more family friendly with regards to food selections. I found myself taking my rental car across the street a lot for meals

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
This is a beautiful resort with ample amenities, friendly and helpful staff and very comfortable rooms.
The additional fees were a little much and the walk to the self parking for older visitors could be a bit much.

My son loves the parrot at the lobby, we will be back to visit the parrot soon! The lakehouse food is very good, the staff are very friendly.
The four flamingos environment is not for family, food is expensive and not worth the money.

Very good, wish breakfast was cheeper or free.
Property was clean there was a lot to do and a nice walking trail. Pool deck was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable.
Only problem I had was the lack of free breakfast for the price of the room. That being said... The other freebies offered around the property kind of offset that fact.

I highly recommend it wasn’t too expensive, just prepare to spend
Everything was perfect , I liked the fact that I didn’t have to leave for food or anything everything was right there on the property , loved the bar close to the pool . We had activities included

We loved this hotel!
The breakfast was amazing. The buffet had everything you could possibly want (and more) for breakfast. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming.
The pool was fabulous and had a fun water slide for all the family. There was also poolside food and drinks service. There was lots more to do at the hotel but we didn’t have time to do everything. There was a great gym, paddle boards, kayaks and oeddaloes.
The location was great for going to Disney and not far to Universal either.

Fabulous
Beautiful property with lots of aminaties and very nice staff.
The only real complaint is they are a pet friendly property, and although I have pets and love them dearly, I'm not sure a hotel is the best place for them. Late at night around 10 pm, there was a dog barking for about 10 minutes, then again in the morning around 7:30. I would think there should be certain floors for the pets, not every floor.
