Great location
Hotel location near parliment hill and major tourist attractions
Alt hotels do not provide any specific facilities in the room, no friedge no safe, only a minimalistic decoration and design. No breakfast.

Very clean and comfortable little bit expensive for what it is,
The pillows were very comfortable and bed was amazing. The bathroom was very clean.
There wss no mini fridge/ water in the room.

Paid parking, and the restaurant in the hotel was out of food and there was no room service option

Not very happy
Looks like unfinished building we have a very croppy view and the window is too small like you are in a jail room. No parking

Pleasant
The nice friendly staff at the reception. Good hotel location and a clean room.
A room with a peeled ceiling and dim light bulbs does not give a feeling of comfort.
The faucet in the shower room cannot be used. The cylindrical smooth surface does not allow rotate it with soapy hands.

Great stay!
The hotel is clean, modern and very well located.
Price compared to similar accommodations in comparable parts of Europe. Not necessarily the hotel’s fault, blame it on the Canadian market.

Up to your usual standard
We were attending a graduation at UofOttawa. It was easy walking distance.
The Happy Goats coffee bar didn't have any muffins or other breakfast pastries at 8:30 am on Sunday. When we stayed at Easter, we found the same situation. Happy Goat in other locations has a better selection.

Super clean and quiet in a great location. Will book again.
The lounge was nice, breakfast not good.
It was really quiet which we really appreciate.
Staff are very welcoming and approachable. There 7s a friendly low ke6 vibe we also like.
Parking was an issue and we had difficulty getting a clear recommendation or instructions on parking, especially overnight parkimg.The closest parking lot charged a full day fee every time you left after 2 hours.

Very good location and spacious room.
The room was very good. Very spacious. The hotel is very trendy. The location is very central and easy walking to see most of the sites. The staff in the Cafe are really good.
No breakfast provided. The Cafe is OK but runs out of stock.

Very nice stay for couple only

No Frigidaire in room, room is small and the way how bathroom is connected to bedroom is unusual

Good for one night.
Overall it was a good stay the room and hotel was very clean and the location was good if you want to be in the middle of downtown Ottawa.
Room keys are required to use the elevators making it inconvenient to order food as you will have to go down to the lobby to retrieve your order. Also the room key is required to operate all lighting in your room which is odd.

Clean, nice esthetic.
The room faced a blank wall and was quite dark.
The shower stall door didn't close well enough to prevent water leaking on to the floor.
The cafe/bar could do with more food variety.
