Beautiful

Every staff member we met or spoke to was lovely. From the front desk receptionists, to the people working at breakfast. The location was very handy, right by a Metro entrance, and plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby. The look and feel of the hotel was so beautiful, the room was lovely, the bathroom was so spacious, and they even left us a little surprise of balloons to celebrate our honeymoon. Another honourable mention was the coffee at breakfast is made by a barista and was so good (coming from Melbourne this is important!!) we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris and would return again ourselves! Merci Beaucoup!

Beautiful accommodations with excellent staff that were went out of their way to make us comfortable. We traveled with a toddler, and they upgraded our room to allow us more space and provided us with a pack n play for our stay. Our room had a beautiful patio where our little one was able to have some extra room and where we all ate our last dinner in Paris.

The hotel was wonderful. The staff is kind and helpful. They even walked all the way to the metro to help us purchase tickets. It’s in a great location and could not have made our parks trip any better!

One of the breakfast, bar staff was grumpy, made us feel we were interrupting her when asking for sugar/milk for coffee, nothing like the welcome we received from reception.

We got a free upgrade on arrival, the location was fab, 15 minute walk to the Louvre, 20 mins to the Basilica. The avocado tarts at breakfast were yummy. Given it’s on a Main Street it wasn’t overly noisy. And the rooftop bar was a pleasant surprise to watch the sunset.

Exceptionally clean, well thought out hotel. Absolutely overwhelmed by the details. Was very impressed. The staff we incredible, so helpful, so lovely, I can’t say enough about how wonderful they were.

We stayed in the Eaves room and it was perfect. The size of the room compared to most in Paris was spacious. Hotel staff was amazing. They organized a champagne tour for us. Room service is 24h and location is central. Would 100% stay again.

Rooms could be a bit bigger. A full length mirror in the room. Also proper hanging space for clothes.

Very welcoming. We were upgraded and the room was excellent. Fantastic location.

Couldn’t reach the shelf in the clothes cupboard!

Only issue with our room was there was no Chester drawers for storage so we kept a lot of our stuff in our case for the 3 days

Everything was gorgeous. Staff were so helpful and lovely and the whole hotel is so beautiful with such a nice atmosphere. We loved the rooftop bar, the restaurant and our room. Great location. The staff treated us with cocktail vouchers for my partners birthday. We had such a good stay!!

Rooms were small but beautiful. Super clean, wonderfully comfortable bed, superior bedding - absolutely blissful! Loved the decor, quirky, comfortable and interesting. The rooftop bar was a big hit with our daughters!

Location was great. We were able to walk to a lot of near my restaurants and Rue Monteguiel and to near by museums and attractions. Also the bar and cafe at the hotel were great. Hotel staff were very helpful. Ordered us an early morning taxi. And sent us information to help with our next leg in the trip which was amazing and appreciated.

Location was very central, the staff left chocolates on our pillows every night :) the décor was very Parisian I loved it!

The staff in the breakfast bar were mostly not friendly and not efficient. If I hadn’t already paid for breakfast I would have gone elsewhere.

I love the cocktail bar here! The rooms also are immaculate.

Next time I will request a room facing the courtyard since the city street view was a little loud for me -- although it was beautiful and entertaining!
