it was not very clean. there were cockroaches in the bathroom, I informed the front desk and they just changed is room.

Food, pool, and staff were excellent. Pancakes - yum. Pool - zero entry and color changing lights at night against the sunset and palm trees.

I had an ADA room that I did not require, and it was awkward to shower - it's not really made for a stand up option. If there was a high and the low adjustable shower head, it would have not been an issue.

I stayed here for a bachelor party, and it was perfect for that. The pool area was basically a party every day--mostly young people drinking and having a good time (wouldn't think this would be ideal for a young family, but maybe it was just a crazy weekend). We rented a pool-side cabana with bottle service most days, and were pleased with the service. The restaurant near the lobby was great for breaky and in-betweener meals/drinks while waiting for the group to mobilize. Despite our noise at all hours--both inside our room and out--we did not receive one complaint from other guests or the staff. That is probably because everyone else was in the same boat. Rooms were basic but they had a fridge. If you plan on hanging out by the pool during the day, we found the ground level pool-facing rooms that we had were super convenient for popping in and out for cooling off and having a few drinks in the room. That said, it's not a big hassle to jump up to the second floor.

I didn't realize that it would be so noisy and that there would be a gigantic horrible pool party going on during checkin. I hated it.

our room was very basic and the fan/heating/cooling system exceptionally loud. it was either too hot or too cold, and when I eventually figured out how to turn it off ( from the unit itself and not the wall) the room became damp and musty.

The pool was wonderful. The staff were outstanding especially the restaurant staff. The location to walk to restaurants was good.

Overall great. Great vibe around the pool. Good aesthetic all around.

Room didn’t have fridge. Pool music could have been better.

Called to get an extra pillow around 8pm and was told house keeping was closed.

Room and bed were very comfortable. Fresh towels and toiletries provided. We did not use the pool or eat there but enjoyed the workout room, also. Staff was helpful!

The control of the temperature was crazy. It was either freezing or no air at all. We managed but wish we could have just used the fan!

The rooms are nice but walls are very thin. You can hear everything from outside to next door. Not great for quiet sleep and dogs didn’t like all the noise.

You clearly advertise the fireplace but you turn off the gas during the summer. Sure makes you appear cheap and like false advertising. It had stormed the night before and would have been perfect for an evening in the room.

I really enjoyed the pool area. The bartenders, both inside & outside were very accommodating.

I feel like the bartenders at the pool area needed more help. It seemed a bit understaffed. That being said, they were so nice for as busy as they were.

Very busy street not enjoyable for strolling; as a 50 year old, I felt a little out of place amid the mostly 20-somethings staying at the property

Was my first time, I will back and stay there for sure. The room is pretty nice, ambient supper cool, nice pool, gym, the food is delicious and all of employees super friendly.

This hotel is outstanding. This was my 2nd time visiting and it's where I will be staying on my next trip to Scottsdale. The pool area is beautiful. The staff are friendly and hospitable. The Speakeasy bar is great fun with fantastic cocktails. Our room was cleaned every day and the bed was so comfortable. We had everything we needed for a great holiday. Also the food is great too.
