Golden Well Hotel, Prague

Located right near the castle, the service was impeccable, felt pampered, absolutely amazing!

Service was first class and amazing views from roof terrace.

Charming building and rooms were lovely with antiques and comfortable furniture with character. Breakfast was lovely and most staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Very comfortable beds and our rooms had good air conditioning but one room had poor air conditioning. Some rooms have views but the windows are so small it isn’t worth paying for.

The restaurant is very nice and expensive and we wished there was a more casual option we would have eaten there more than one night.

Great location and perfect service. Specifically the breakfast service was very comforting.

Everything!!! Everyone was so friendly. Loved all the special touches especially the card and special dessert waiting for us on our 39th anniversary.

Everything about the property is magnificent, and the hotel staff are delightful. This is the most luxurious hotel I have ever been to.

The staff were very kind, attentive and helpful. The hotel was very well kept and absolutely stunning. The rooms were spacious and tidy. The turn down service was a nice touch. The breakfast menu was delicious. We really enjoyed every aspect of our stay.

Fabulous location just below the Prague castle. Very well appointed boutique hotel with wonderful historical character. Five star plus in terms of facilities and service and nice change from the big central hotels. Complimentary drinks and food in the small guest lounge each late afternoon was nice to come back to after long days walking and exploring the city. Easy to walk to the Charles bridge and old/new town areas/squares. Beautiful Waldstein gardens (Senate buildings) are afew minutes walk from hotel and free to enjoy. Hotel restaurant is first class with stunning views over Prague and breakfast ( included in room rate) is superb with same views.

The website says that valet parking is included however there is an additional $30 daily charge for the parking lot.

The breakfast and breakfast staff were great. They made us feel welcome and cared that our needs were met. The room was well appointed, comfortable, and the turn down service was exceptional.

The staff at reception could have been more knowledgeable about local recommendation and activities. Two of the receptionists merely looked up our interests on Google - I could do that and that is not what I was hoping to get from local staff.

The Golden Well Hotel in Prague is absolutely magical. With dreamy city views, delicious food, and top-notch service, it's unbeatable. Simply put, it's the best place to stay in Prague.

Breakfast was excellent. The best breakfast i have ever had at a hotel. Location central and within walking distance of most attractions. it is also located near the tram stop and can take you to the new town.

Ver hard to choose something we didn't like however an iron and ironing board in the room would have been useful.

The staff was awesome. The included breakfast was everything everything I could imagine and service made it even better. Nice quit location and conveniently located near the tourist activities in Prague.

Our 1AM arrival brought us to the castle wall location. Our room had music playing, bead. fruit & special dessert awaiting us. It was all so welcoming and beautiful. The welcome letter was delightful. I saved it! A breakfast on rooftop level to start the day included. David gave the tram directions to many locations. At bedtime, a tiny dessert awaited us every night. From 4 to 6, wine and snacks are ready for happy hour treat. FABULOUS

Beautiful hotel with excellent location. Room was romantic with wonderful views of Prague. Wonderful details…fresh fruit in our room, champagne upon arrival, turndown freshly baked cake and wonderful breakfast. Loved our stay!

Old world style in Mala Strana, the prettiest area of Prague. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Restaurant serves excellent food.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this establishment, and I must say, the experience was fantastic! The food was definitely pricier, but the quality was excellent and worth the cost. The breakfast was particularly impressive, with a smaller menu, but the food quality made up for it. The facilities were outstanding, with attention paid to every little detail. From the immaculately made beds to the top-notch service, it's clear that the staff take great pride in their work. Speaking of the team, they were all so friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Overall, I had a wonderful time here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Prague.

There is nothing that I disliked. It was cozy, felt comfortable and happy. That is what matters because nothing is ever meant to be perfect ;-)
