Very good
Great comfy bed in a stellar location near Wencelas Square and within a quick walk to Old Town, not far off Narodni for lots of trams and Mustek metro so easy to get anywhere. Under 10 euro to the train station. Good European style breakfast and a Billa grocery store around the corner. Able to connect phones to TV for Netflix. Kebab, sandwiches and Vietnamese close by for a quick snack. All around really great stay. Check in staff at 9 am on Nov 17 were so friendly and helpful...really felt welcomed.
A bit humid and hot in the room. Tough to control the temperature. Hit our heads on the sloped roof a couple times. Breakfast missed our eggs/omelete the first morning. Minor.

Because it was located in a very easy place. Near from the main things to see in Prague and near from the main train station

Perfect hotel in perfect location!
Beautiful hotel in great location, modern and clean, exactly as shown in the photos. The staff is really polite and helpful, especially the lady at the reception desk. They tried their best and they let us in the room before 15.00, as we arrived early, and we even got a free room upgrade! Also the breakfast was really good with many things to chose from.
Everything was perfect! I would certainly go back!

The location was close to everything! The staff was incredibly pleasant, helpful and went out of there way to assist me with restaurants and packing purchases made in Prague!
The heat was on high could no turn down opened window which was great as it cooled the room. There was construction close by and by 7am had to close windows take ear plus and resolved noise problem

Great place with a few downsides

The bathroom is not that well maintained, breakfast is very plain (make sure to at least order the omelette or smth!)

Lovely Lil Luxury
Loved the whole place. Staff were helpful and delightful and insightful. Breakfast was lovely and it was great to have some items made fresh at your request - the bacon was superb! The room and facilities were fantastic and to top it off the location was everything and more. If you want a truly pleasant stay in Prague, consider this place.
They offer massage treatments, after all the walking I did treat myself and I do not regret it.

Great location
Very good location in a rather quiet street, with public transport nearby to bring you everywhere. Large rooms. Very friendly staff.
The rooms are not soundproof resp. the walls are very thin, so you hear everything from your neighbours.

Very nice hotel in the center! Just around the corner from Wenceslas Square. The Můstek A line is nearby so it's easy to get to/from the airport by public transport. Great breakfast!

Wonderful stay
Amazing and friendly staff. We arrived earlier than expected and they helped us with the parking and made us comfortable although our room was not ready yet.
There is a touristic guide on site to help with bookings and we rented ebikes to go around the city directly from the reception.
Wonderful position close to public transportation and several good restaurants. Although our room was on the second floor and faced a very busy street, the room was perfectly silent.
The room was comfortable and clean, but the bathroom cleaning may be improved

The staff was very friendly and assisted us in all our requests. They provided great advice for the main attractions as well as restaurants and cafes! The location of the hotel is very convenient near the old town and closed to many public means.
