Sophie’s Hostel, Prague

Best hostel in town. Central, social, good food. The game night in the evening with the local guys was amazing.

Everything was amazing except for 1 thing… below

1 toilet for 5 person is complicated, mostly if the shower is also in the same place. But we handled

The bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms were separated so we could take a shower and use the toilet in complete tranquillity. The heating can be regulated from the room and the windows were very well insulated. It takes only 20 minutes by foot to get to the center and the neighborhood in very calm

Lage gut. Easy to reach from Trainstation, Bus, Airport by Metro. Staff is friendly.

The location is at walkable distance from train station and old town Center. It is really spacious with a kitchen and a bathroom and clean. Very nice

The glass door shower, the toilet and wash sink were not separated, which was not very convenient. One girl in the shower washing her hair, brushing her teeth and toilet herself and doing her makeup could take hours and no one else can do anything other than wait and wait. The space is huge for better arrangements, but don’t know what the designer was thinking. Anyway these physical aspects already in place, nothing much you can do to change . If you can add some washing soap and something to dry hands like paper towel or just a towel which would only cost you a little bit but could increase customers satisfaction a lot. Add some hooks for hanging wet towels would be nice as well.

staff is friendly but sometimes lost (not efficient) so they need help

24-hour reception, very good and affordable breakfast + brunch from 7:30, which is very convenient! I was informed, they even had a free pancake night when I was there! The bathrooms are big, comfortable and warm, I stayed in a 10-bed dorm room and there was never a line for them! :) Could also use a fully equipped kitchen in the first floor.

Diogo gave me really good tips and was very welcoming. Gracias Diogo 🙌🏻✨ Everything was really organised and clean. I slept really good and made friends right away.

In the morning for Breakfast, one guy in the reception was a bit rude with me when I was asking about the breakfast. Despite that, all good.

Beds and bathrooms were all super clean. Property is good and location is also central.

A towel should be given with the bed and should not be separately chargeable

This is the best hostel for solo travelers. It’s budget friendly and situated in a prime location from where you can start your sightseeing on foot. Each and every staff of this hostel is so humble and their hospitality is mind blowing. Specially receptionist Diego is really friendly and welcoming. Another lady Neha Kabra , she is such warm hearted person. I had some issues regarding payments and they helped me a lot to solve everything and made sure my comfortable stay!! Highly recommend!!! Least but not last mr manager is so helpful!

The five bed female dorm room was very spacious and it was great to have both a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen attached to the room. Staff on the front desk were helpful and available 24 hours. A fan was provided in the room which helped with the heat.

The light in the bathroom was on a timer and often went off when you were showering and getting ready in the bathroom.

The best bed out of any hostel i stayed in! Hotel level stuff. The staff was mostly really helpful, some incredibly nice people working here :) The place is also super clean. The dorms are MASSIVE and you never feel cramped. The showers are great and clean as well! Didn't have to wait more than 10 mins in the AM. The brunch offered a good selection, would say its a good value. The common area and bar is quite nice and cosy. Not incredibly social per se, but still met some great people!

Cant really think of anything, and do not want to nitpick. I'd definitely stay here again.

I only stayed in this hostel for one night, but it was a very pleasant experience. Good location, helpful stuff, everything is clean and new. Thanks for your hospitality!

Room I stayed in was quite small for 8 people, but the price was reasonable for that :)

Nice location, friendly staff & a cool cafe. The staff at reception desk helped me find the best currency exchange in the city. The room were clean & also the wash rooms. My stay was 2 nights however I wished it would have been longer. The city & city people are also very nice. Recommended place to stay

Had a great time at Sophie's Hostel. Amazing hostel vibe, met some really cool people. The rooms are spacious with beds all around along the walls. The staff is always kind, youthful and available. Very good buffet breakfast, happy hour between 18:00 (6 pm) and 20:00 (8 pm) much appreciated. The way each floor is structured, with indipendent segments housing 3 or 4 rooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen is also a cool concept. The venue is also located basically in the very centre. The whole place is also very clean.

I cannot think of any major flaws, everything was up to par.

We stayed at this hostel in Prague and had a fantastic experience. The towels and sheets were extremely clean, and the room was spacious and well-lit. The bathroom was huge and impeccably clean, with a range of toiletries provided from shampoo to body lotion. The reception staff were exceptionally polite and attentive. The hostel's location is great, right in the heart of the city. We want to extend our thanks for a wonderful stay, and if we ever come back to Prague, we will definitely choose to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hostel, the room was perfect and the breakfast was very affordable and delicious.

I spent three nights at this hostel and had a fantastic time. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel is conveniently located in the city center. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I highly recommend staying here.
