The view and the roof terrace were incredible! The gym was really good!

The staff weren't all that friendly or accommodating (it may be a language barrier - we were English!) Getting a cup of coffee at breakfast was a bit challenging some days ... Wish it was free to serve rather than waiting for the waiter even when it wasnt busy. Room wasn't made up one day. The whole experience was fine but overpriced for what it was.

Location was great, stunning view, very good reception and welcoming.

Breakfast should include many options and food variety.

The rooftop and the view was gorgeous. It was definitely the highlight of the hotel. They also had a DJ once and it made the environment really fun. I have to mention the breakfast; it was delicious and with lots of variety. The staff working at breakfast was specially very kind. There was a man who kindly remembered that I taken ice in a cup to make my own iced coffee and the next morning, he brought it for me without me asking for it. It made my morning! I would say it’s in the details that it influences your positive experience.

The staff were very nice and helpful. easy check-in and check-out process.

The food could be better for Breakfast and Dinner

The hotel was very safe and comfortable and views from the rooftop were amazing—maybe some of the best in Rio.

The price wasn’t quite inline with what was expected for a 5 star hotel. It would probably have been possible to find something comparable for quite a bit less (if you’re willing to give up the views).

great location and amazing staff - so friendly and accommodating. very nice roof top bar and views of both Sugar loaf and Christ the Redeemer specific thank you and amazing shout out to Gabrielle from the front desk who really looked after us and made us feel extremely special guests when we arrived early from long flight to evening drinks, information on getting around and just being so helpful and friendly! really made us feel so welcome to Rio!! amazing and please tell him how amazing he was!

Beautiful roof terrace with views across the bay to sugar loaf. Good pool here and lovely cafe/ bar area. Bed was comfortable, decent shower

The hotel is the best I have stayed in Rio.. location wise it's still good although it's not exactly in beachfront like copacabana hotels but it's very up to European standard which is hard to find Beautifully designed

Just a bit pricy for a night also late checkout is half the price of Ur stay so it's a bit exagerated but still it's a very good hotel

Nice decoration, comfy bed and good soundproofing room. Staff was welcoming and fast.

Room smaller than I expected, I wish some more variety in breakfast, missing toilet shower. The location is less than ideal, at night time is not recommended to walk around.

The staff is very friendly, and helped us in every way. The location is perfect, and very silent. Breakfast was nice, with a few extras you can ask from the buffet.

We had a business trip to Rio (that is always a pleasure), and we chose this hotel as our partner's office was located in the Botafogo neighborhood. This hotel was a very clean, well designed place with amazing views on the bay. The rooftop bar is amazing, the rooms were ok, and the breakfast was very delicious, the offering was quite convincing.

We came with a rented car, and it was a totally random opportunity that we could park in front of the hotel. The WiFi occasionally went away. Otherwise everything was fine.

Rooftop bar has a great view - simply stunning - you can see everything you need in Rio! :-) It also has great selection of drinks, food (amazing burger! :-) and pleasant service/staff. Breakfast varies daily (which is appreciated if you stay longer than 1-2 days (like it was in our case). Thank you for making our stay memorable and for all the help throughout our stay. Surely be back next time we're travelling to Rio.

Slightly overpriced, for longer stays not worth it since there are plenty other alternatives around. But Botafogo area we really like, therefore it's up to you - whether you wanna stay where all the tourists staying, or rather choose something different and alternative - like amazing area of Botafogo. If so, then there is a price to be paid.
