They went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed and were available quickly when a problem arrived.

The executive suite bathroom had a plumbing issue, but they were able to fix it right away after we notified them.

Having had to book a room at the very last minute due to an unexpected flight cancellation, our stay at DOM Hotel was incredible. What stood out immediately was the warm welcome and exceptional service we received from the staff, even given our late arrival. Not only did they promptly prepare our room, but they went above and beyond with a perfect turn-down service that included a personalized handwritten note left on the bureau - a delightful touch that made us feel genuinely valued.

The hotel was an absolute delight, boasting a stunningly beautiful aesthetic throughout. Every interaction with the staff left me in awe of their exceptional service. The rooms were impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The addition of a rooftop bar proved to be an excellent choice, and the bartenders exceeded all expectations with their superb skills and friendly demeanor. Without a doubt, the overall service provided was nothing short of excellent. I highly recommend this extraordinary place.

Great location and atmosphere

This an outstanding boutique hotel. The hotel rooms are beautifully designed and very comfortable. We love the huge arch windows that are a feature of old building. Overall the hotel is a calm oasis in a busy, crowded and very hot (July) Rome. Lots of great small detail from home made cakes and jam for breakfast to hotel toiletries (Aqua di Parma) to complimentary water in rooms and an (unexpected) welcome bottle of chilled Prosecco in our room. The staff are friendly and efficient. This is probably the third time we have stayed here.

The hotel was in the perfect location! It was an easy walk to sites, but far enough to be away from the crowds. The hotel was right by great food and shopping.

The food in the restaurant on the roof was awful. We realize the chef was attempting a nouvelle/deconstruction cuisine, he failed miserably. It would have been delightful if there was anything edible on the menu.

Our fault, but we weren’t able to eat on the rooftop restaurant. if you think you might I’d recommend getting reservations. The restaurant recommended wasn’t very good so disappointed on that.

The breakfast was beautifully ample and courteously served. The breakfast facility was far more gracious than such places are usually. The room we had - with its own terrace - was charming and had what we needed. The king bed was very comfortable. The staff was helpful immediately when we asked for something. Friendly and welcoming.

They need a bar in the shower since it's not safe for people with age or mobility issues. They need one more bannister along the wall to help with the stairs.

The location of the hotel is truly unbeatable - situated in the heart of Rome, it provides easy access to all the major attractions and landmarks that the city has to offer. In addition to the fantastic service, the hotel itself was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
