excellent location. very clean . staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. we arrived early but we’re able to go to our room we were also given a free upgrade which was amazing.

There wasn’t anything to fault about the property from our point of view.

The staff was super kind, the location is very good. Just 5 minutes from piazza del poppolo. The hotel is super clean and we have been upgraded to suite which was beautiful and comfortable. We sure will come back. Thank you for everyone in The first Arte Rome!

The staff were friendly and so helpful! The hotel is beautiful with lovely ammenities. The room was exceptional! We did have one of the best rooms so it's hard to complain about it :) Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Nothing at all.

This is the second time that we have used this amazing boutique hotel as our “hub” while traveling across Italy. It is ideally located - just a few minutes from Spanish Steps and Trevor Fountain, Convenient to walk to all designer stores during the day, and head back for some rest, before going out for dinner. The Michelin Star restaurant is amazing. But we found the rooftop bar and restaurant even more spectacular - great food, great views of at least 11 Duomos, and great service. Especially want to thank the staff for their “service with a smile” - Natalya and Jubair for all the arrangements. Alessio and Julio for the amazing drinks and food, and Ronaldo the bell man for his helpfulness. Thank You. We will be back.

The welcome was second to none and that feeling just continued. The rooftop terrace, where we enjoyed breakfast, cocktails and dinner was wonderful. The conseirge gave us excellent restaurant recommendations that matched our needs perfectly. Honestly, having travelled for many years, it was one of my favourites.

Staff were absolutely delightful. So accommodating from booking great restaurants to greeting us with Prosecco on arrival. They made my fiancées 30th extra special with a flower display in the suite. The location of the hotel (just off Via Del Corso and Piazza de Popolo) is incredible and also just round the corner from Villa Borghese. we will certainly be back soon!

Great location, professional and helpful staff, nice, stylishly decorated and clean junior suite.

Housekeeping staff were unable to clean the room one day because hotel was full and short staffed. Room service offerings limited and mediocre for a 5 star hotel. In first room we were awakened by construction noise at 6:52AM. Upon arrival, nobody at the front desk mentioned the possible inconvenience and the next morning, the bell boy seemed bothered to have to show us another room (seemed like he was paying for the room and we were ungrateful).

The worm will come, great breakfast and dinner on the roof restaurant, they upgrade my suit and treat us like one of their family members. they guide us on our stay in Roma

Room size, even though its larger than usual in rome and we booked a suite, but the room layout didnt make it feel that way.

it was an amazing experience. specially the staff were kind full committed to be helpful specially Mariam, Amira, and the top roof Breakfast supervisor and all others. They were providing advises, plans, reservations and all what we need.
