Hotel Lunetta, Rome

Lovely place to stay. Great location. Very pleasant staff. Spa was great. Morning staff at breakfast were wonderful.

Breakfast could have had more variety.

Service was excellent, they helped to book a taxi and even packed me a breakfast box for my early morning flight without me asking. I loved the spa privileges (45 min free a day) and the location could not have been better.

A few things in my room did not work - fridge, safe. They fixed the safe after the first day. My room was smaller than I expected.

Perfect location! You can walk to all the tourist places. Also, the barman on the rooftop is super nice and makes great drinks.

Everything was great!

Perfect location, a bit away from the crowds, yet close to all the major attractions, with a lot of nice restaurants nearby and Campo de' Fiori market just around the corner. Rooms are cosy and comfortable, staff are amiable and helpful. A great place for a hassle-free weekend in Rome.

Fantastic location, great breakfast, cute little spa, cute roof bar, pretty marble bathrooms, teeny tiny rooms. We booked “luxury” family suite and it consisted of three tiny rooms with three very nice bathrooms. “Luxury” was a stretch as there was zero space in the rooms for anything other than a bed. There was a shared corridor and door that locked going into the three rooms that in total equal a “suite”. I expected at least a little common lounge space. Everything else was great though!

Excellent location! Perfect for families! Breakfast mini buffet was perfect, best coffee! Comfortable clean beds. We would definitely return!

I didn't like that the cleaning lady that came into both rooms my kids room and our room didn't do anything but fix beds . We didn't get clean towels either.

The staff was wonderful and kind. We looked forward to the continental style breakfast everyday especially after having a few days of pasta and pizza throughout the city, having a fresh breakfast with eggs, fruit, bread and a latte was such a great bonus! Also, the location was perfect. We were within walking distance of everything. Just in between the Vatican and the colosseum. And a quick walk to the pantheon, Trevi fountain and just a bit farther was the Spanish steps. In two days we were able to see most of the city all by foot!

Wish they had On Demand movies. Luckily we had an iPad the kids could use to watch before bed.

Staff was exceptionally helpful and kind! We had to rush out to catch an early morning train and they packed us a breakfast to-go so we could enjoy it in our cab ride. Such a nice extra touch!

-Spa was clean and nice. -Rooftop bar/view. It was a cute, casual place for a drink. -Breakfast buffet had a nice and array of options including some healthier choices like lentils, fruit, vegetables, etc. -Staff were very friendly. -Bathroom was large and modern.

-Breakfast didn’t start until 7:30 am so we were not able to eat before our flight. Would’ve been nice to at least have access to coffee starting around 6 am. Only decaf available in the room. -Spa required a reservation but seemed like it was under-utilized. -Bed was not comfortable. One side felt a little better than the other so it might have just been only or damaged on one side.

I liked the location and spa.

Friendly staff, especially Alessia at the reception, did everything to make us feel comfortable.

The size of a "superior" double room is definitely small and depending on luck one may end up with an uncomfortable room, since there does not seem to be a differentiation (all rooms except the suite seem to be "superior").

Lovey hotel! Friendly, helpful staff and quiet rooms for such a central location. The spa was the perfect way to relax after a day walking around Rome

The staff were so friendly and really helpful, they were happy to give us good recommendations on where to eat and how to get somewhere etc. Lovely comfy room and we used the spa everyday of our stay. Would also really recommend a massage, it was such a great way to relax after walking through the city non stop.

The hotel is very well located, everything is accessible by feet in 20 min. I really recommend you to discover Rome by foot, it’s worth your time and effort. The whole team of the hotel was super friendly and helpful during our stay.

The room was quite dark, only a small window close to the bed. The wifi works very badly.

.The hotel is near Navona square, the staff is amazing, the service is excellent .The hotel is very clean and the room is beautiful . The breakfast was varied and very tasty. The staff surprised my wife who celebrated her birthday with a cake .We will visit this hotel again for sure Highly recommended

We loved everything

Perfectly located for seeing all the sites. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. All areas of the hotel are spotlessly clean. Very friendly and welcoming staff, we would 100% recommend and return to hotel lunetta.

fantastic location and great setup for family

This is by far the best location of all the hotels we looked at, 4 minute walk to Piazza Navona, 8 minute walk to the Pantheon and 15 minutes to the Trevi fountain (which is one area you don't want to stay as its incredibly busy and very commercial). The staff were so friendly and incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations and airport transfers. The rooms are very small but very modern and exceptionally clean, with plush towels, robes and slippers.

The air conditioning doesn't work this time of year (lowest temperature is 22c) so if you like your room cold to sleep you will need to leave your window open when out go out for the evening to cool the room. Trust me you do not want to leave it open during the night as its incredible noisy (a major mistake on our first night). the roof terrace is also closed until the warmer weather which was a shame as it was sunny but cold during our stay and it would have been a perfect place to sit with a drink late afternoon provided you were wrapped up warm, (however being a Brit, we are happy to get our sunshine when we can, others of you may not agree and prefer to stay indoors).

Very central location, you can walk to the famous sights. Comfortable and clean rooms. Really lovely shampoo’s and body product.. Friendly and helpful staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. On arrival, we were offered coffee and biscuits. Our room was a sufficient size, clean and stylish. Hotel decor throughout was stylish. The location was perfect to access all of the sites.
