Hotel Navona, Rome

can't beat the location, right in the center between Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. the Staff was very nice and friendly. Over all i will recommend my friends to stay there, mainly b/c of the location.

the hotel is was not updated in the last few years, so it seems, its an old building and could hear the next room very well as well as the floor above, and the morning breakfast was loud, could hear it very well in my room.

The materials/furniture are not very good. The bed was very bad (bumping). The tax is not included in the price.

This was a fabulous location. Close to everything. Really nice helpful staff. Nice clean room. Comfortable bed.

Only a few minor things that could improve the room. We had booked into a small double room. A couple of small things could improve the use of space. Coat hooks on the door. A few more drawers e.g by the bedside table to increase storage space. A mirror on the wall in the bedroom as the mirror in the bathroom would fog up after a shower. Having a mirror in the bedroom area would make it easier to apply make up and style hair. All of these things are minor. I would stay again..but pay for a bigger room.

Room was a good size as was the bathroom - the air conditioning works well and the bed was comfortable. Overall very clean. Breakfast room was a bit crowded at times but the food and coffee were very good. Location is excellent.

The host was absolutely amazing 👏 special mention to Angelo, helping us with a view of the area around - very useful. The location is central - walking distance to all the places to visit . The rooms were clear and well maitained .Had a lovely time ! Thanks 😊

The shower. The hot water is not consistent and there was a leak in the shower so the water had no pressure at all

Its location, it was so central you could walk to all major attractions. Hotel was clean and staff very friendly.

Bathroom was very small and power in the shower was not great. Minor things expected with the size of the room and didn’t not affect our experience.

Location is perfect, super close to Pantheon, Piazza Navona and Trastevere. The room was large enough and the windows blocked all noise from outside. I would go back!

At the time there was a problem with the cards that give access to the building/room. This was inconvenient because we had to go back to the reception and reset everyday. Should be temporary though.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We got a free upgrade to a bigger room.

The breakfast area is very small and we had to wait to get seated.

Location was excellent. Room was good for our requirements. The hotel was not fancy but was right for our needs.

location was good, somewhat hidden in an alley. A small elevator at street level takes you to registration upstairs. Room was tiny but bed was comfortable.

We were upgraded to a corner room, which was an unexpected and nice treat. It felt very private and the amenities were good. This was our last night in Rome, so the front desk staff helped us schedule a taxi for early the next morning and gave us excellent recommendations for dinner that were a little less tourist-focused.
