As a family, we asked for rooms to be interconnecting or close but they were a bit far away from each other.

Extremely comfortable rooms in a quirky, fun setting. Great facilities like loan umbrellas and water bottles. Prime location for anyone going to a conference at the SD Conference Centre.

Just amazing, very stilish and at the same time very comfy. Very nice bed, nice toilette & shower, nice staff, complimentary welcome drink, nice painted doors in a colorful corridor. Will be back in the Pineapple hotels!

For some reason the card to enter my room was disabled before check out time and I had to go up and down the hotel 3 times. A minor thing.

Very accommodating and even went out of the way for making my birthday trip extra special.

Great hotel, is good location in gas lamp district, close to cafes and restaurants and easily able to walk to lots of attractions. Beds very comfortable. Drink on arrival a lovely touch. Parking close by

We enjoyed everything about our stay from how close it was to everything to the nice staff and comfortable rooms, the mattresses are amazing!! Over all a wonderful stay and will for sure be staying here on our next visit .

The property was in a great location

The bed was extra comfy!! Excellent location. The helpfulness and assistance of the hostess regarding a place to get a sweet snack and calling a taxi for me. I would recommend staying at Pineapple Z to family and friends :)

I was a little stressed about leaving my car in front of the hotel during check-in since the sign says there's a 3 minute limit. But, everything was good when I returned to my car. Check-in does take a bit longer than three minutes.

I loved staying at this hotel! The location was great, within walking distance to so many places and if you wanted to Uber, it wasn't too far to lots of other places. The staff was so accommodating, the room was clean and the towels were big and soft! The bedding was exceptional!

The property is conveniently located near restaurants and conference centre yet not too near to avoid the crowd and noise. This hotel is small yet clean and well maintained. The staffs are polite and helpful too

Location was great.

Not sure why they charge a $25 resort fee per day. Only getting unlimited water refills and 1 welcome drink included. If you wanted snacks, you had purchased them.

Amazingly helpful staff on every shift. Im not sure of name but Allen went out of his way to be helpful.

The staff was incredible, the fact that bike rental and a few extra goodies (like coffee and cookies) are included made it a really good deal in my opinion. Definitely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in in the US.

I wish there was a fridge in the room, don’t understand why there’s not. That would have made a huge difference.

The smell of dog piss around the city of San Diego but that has nothing to do with the hotel

The location is great. It is at the edge of the Gaslamp area, so it was handy to the area, but far enough from the clubs to be fairly quiet. The room was well cleaned.

Would have liked to have had a microwave and a refrigerator. The bed is a little too high off of the floor.
