Freezing cold room

Wierdly enough, it's the best-smelling hotel I've ever been in. The decor is classic and inviting. The rooms are much bigger than the pictures suggest. I wish I could have spent a week here.

There's a homeless problem in that area, but the windows seem thick enough to keep the noise down.

Great location to light rail and stadiums.

There was a private event in the lobby bar so unavailable to hotel guests.

Breakfast buffet was delish. The fresh fruit and scrambled eggs with cheese were yum!

Cleanliness of bathroom (cobwebs on the ceiling) and didn’t smell like it was throughly cleaned

Beautiful, old world luxury.

Sadly, many homeless people on the sidewalks surrounding the property. Very difficult to access by car because of one way streets. Address should read Cherry street and not 3rd avenue.

Location was good for the training we had at the Federal Building. Like the old atmosphere of the building and furniture. Unit was clean. Staff very courteous and helpful.

Our bathroom door stuck with moisture. The key given to the frig didn't work :( The homeless outside was annoying.

Loved my stay at the Arctic Hotel. It was an easy location to get to, and the parking valet service was great. Loved the breakfast. And Jon at the front desk was absolutely wonderful, and really made my stay worthwhile :)

Excellent service, friendly staff, clean room, great location.

Bed was not as comfy as I would like. It was too hard, I prefer softer beds.

Room phone didn't call the front desk (busy signal everytime.) I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk, and the receptionist was sarcastic and terse.

Great location in downtown… walking distance to Lumen Field. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Comfortable bed. Complimentary breakfast was great. It included scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, hash browns, toast/pastries, granola, yogurt, fresh fruit, juices and coffee. Great way to start the day in Seattle!

Shower pressure is non existent and the hot water is moderately warm…. Our view was of garbage and on the fifth floor we could hear the people on the street screaming all night.

I cannot say enough about my stay at The Arctic Club. The staff, especially our experience in the bar, was above and beyond. They made us feel welcomed, offered us anything we needed and treated us like they knew us. Everything was in perfect working order, clean, beautiful and cozy. Exactly what I wanted and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Loved the historical background, staff was very accommodating, drinks, and food. Very good.

Wish the shower was a walk in type with a seat and detachable showerhead, as I am having some mobility issues these days.

Near many homeless, breakfast disappointing They charge a resort fee for NO REASON

Great place to stay that is literally across the street from the light rail in Pioneer Square. Easy to get to from airport and to head in the direction of other downtown neighborhoods. Cozy historic lobby and bar. The included breakfast was very hearty and not exactly continental, it was a full meal. Food at bar also good.

There was some street noise at night but its a city and I'm used to that so no biggie.

The staff was amazing, overall location was great and the beds were comfy

We arrived late in the evening and it was really hard to find the right entrance for hotel valet parking. Because of all the one-way roads in downtown, we had to circle around a few times to find the main entrance, which was at the side of the hotel.

Beautiful building. Rooms were lovely.

No fault of the hotel but there was a homeless encampment across the street. They did some begging every time we left the building. I don’t think I would stay in that location again.

The staff was first-rate. Everyone was friendly, engaging and informative. The breakfast was excellent, the bartenders at the Polar Bar were helpful. Location was central to everything I need to access. The bed was comfortable.

Downtown Seattle has developed a large homeless population since I lived there in the 1990's. I am very sympathetic to the plight of the less-fortunate members of our country. It saddened me to see so many Americans living in such dire straits. There was much loud and vocal strife at night and early in the morning, the staff can hear it and feel it also. It seems as if everyone took it to heart and tried even harder to make the experience excellent for the guests at your hotel. I very much appreciated that.

A really neat historical hotel with amazing staff and comfortable rooms.

The parking next door was a little dubious so could have used a better self parking system (if possible)

Very cool atmosphere, great location, excellent happy and helpful staff.

Classic Hotel. Nice renovation and upgrades. Nostalgic from building and rooms. Breakfast was filling. 1 to 2 mins from the light rail station and 30-40 mins to/fro SEATAC airport. Very convenient! Walking distance to the stadium, restaurants, etc. CENTRAL DOWNTOWN - everything is closeby.

Unfortunately, after adjusting both cold and water shower taps - water was too hot. In this trying times,, i observed there are homeless people nearby. But this is not a hotel responsibility.

Nice bar, lobby, great breakfast! Easy to get to from light rail. Great room!
