The location was excellant. Close to all public transportation to visit sights. Myeongdong night market around the corner for shopping.

I requested a high floor and away from the lifts several times for many months with the hotel. On arrival I was allocated the 10th floor out of 19 floors and as close to the lifts as possible. And we stayed for 2 weeks Staff at reception was not helpful or understood our request. Room was comfy but hot. Temperature was 25.5 C in the middle of winter and thermostat cannot be controlled in the room. Temperature in the hotel is centrally controlled. I was advised to open the window from the top to cool the room down. Breakfast was extremely basic and not much variety. So had fruit, nuts and yoghurt everyday with a croissant.

Location is fantastic, room is spacious and the view exceptional.

Breakfast was pretty much the same everyday. Not much selection. The room is a bit small but comfortable. The location is a plus as it in the center of Myeondong and there's plenty of restaurants and groceries nearby.

When I booked it online through booking.com. They quoted a reasonable price. However, When we check in the price went up by $140. After our check out, I was surprised to received a notice from my bank that they charge us for another $37.40. I communicated with them but they explained that it was probably from the exchange rate, which I find it so ridiculous. The rate should be based from the time I pay the property during check in but there was an additional charge from the property that can't be explained to this day. They should clarify this with us as this made us do confused and decided not to booked with them again. Lots of hidden charges.

Drop-off next to hotel via airport bus. Within walking distance to shopping area and subways.

It’s clean and tidy, location is good, just in front of Lotte store Myeongdong.

The room is small, with nearly no place to put the luggage.

Room heating is very hot in winter - non adjustable

Location is superb since it is smacked right in myeongdong. The junior suite is spacious and bedding is comfortable.

Rate ftom booking is more expansive than other rates published even by hotel itself. Not just futing stay period but subsequent period from 28 to 31st Dec23

Best location and not hard on the budget. The airport limo stop Bus No. 6015 from Incheon to Ibis is infront of the hotel which makes it very convenient for us. The convenience stores are a few steps away from the hotel. The Myeongdong street food stores, clothing, skin care, shoe stores etc are on the street next to the hotel. Across from it is the Lotte Dept Store, Lotte Young Store and few blocks away is the Shinshigae Dept Store. The nearest subway station is less than 5 mins away. The bus stop is also just a few steps away from the hotel. Even Namdaemun market was walking distance from the hotel. It saves you also money for transportation as there are a lot of places to go to near the hotel. Staff are helpful and fluent in English.

The breakfast buffet choices were repetitious.

Clean and comfortable room (but small). 19th floor bar/restaurant had pleasant views of the city (but we did not eat here). Good location in the heart of shopping and restaurants. Close to Airport bus (50 meters) and subway (150 meters). Walk to many sights/areas, if you are accustomed to walking 5-10kms in a day.

Room small for cost compared to other hotels that we have stayed at.

I love the location

Room was small but it was expected because i have stayed here before. Excellent location. Likely to choose this hotel again.

All front desk staffs were not friendly except the last one who handled our check out. She was bright and cheery. Not sure why the rest never smile. As tourist, we are excited when we arrive at yr hotel so a welcome smile is the least requirement.

It was a nice and comfortable hotel with spacious rooms and all the amenities you need. It was at the heart of Myeongdong so there were a lot of eateries nearby.

The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the hotel's proximity to Myeangdon street food. If you're a culinary adventurer, this is the place to be. From savory local delights to sweet treats, the vibrant street food scene is a foodie's paradise, and having it right at your doorstep is a major plus for any traveler. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. The overall cleanliness of the property added to a pleasant stay, despite the spatial limitations.

However, the excitement from the location was tempered by the size of the room and bathroom. Both were noticeably small, and the compactness of the space felt restrictive. While the room was clean and well-maintained, the lack of space made it challenging to move around comfortably, especially with luggage. The bathroom, too, was on the snug side. Although it was equipped with the essentials, the confined space might not suit everyone's preferences. For those who prioritize spacious accommodations, the compactness of the room and bathroom might be a drawback.

The location is superb with shopping, Myeongdong and food options aplenty. And drop off from airport limousine just in front. And you could get taxi through the hotel staffs’ help and they wait at the lobby .

Rooms a bit small but it’s typical ibis hotels in general . Nevertheless it’s decent and comfy . And the breakfast menu spread can be a bit better tho.

Amazing location, I was close to everything; the room was comfortable.

Breakfast needs some attention and an upgrade, the food was not good; there were not too many choices.

Location is great. Within 5mins walk to metro Eujiro(1), Myeong-dong night / shopping street with many choices of food available. The hotel is also walking distance to metro Myeong-dong, the meeting place for all the land tours which we had sign-up. The airport bus service is just outside the hotel. The little beautiful garden (just outside the main entrance) is an excellent place to sit & chat with family / friends. Hotel room size is good. Room is clean and tidy. The hotel reception team is very helpful and responsive to all our queries. The engineer came almost immediately to fix our reported hotel door access issue. A big thank you to the whole hotel team.

The room lighting is a bit too dim and the window view is too close to the next building. It will be good if there at least 1 bright lighting available. A small welcome snack for the guest will be a great too! Absence of a clear direction sign from the alighting bus stop to hotel. 1st time guest will take awhile to find the hotel entrance. Moreover, the reception hall is not at the main entrance (something unusual). Many 1st time guest, like me felt a bit at loss when we 1st step into the main entrance.
