Four Seasons Hotel, Sydney

The room was lovely, the bed was soft and comfy and big!! The location was excellent.

It was all good.

Fabulous location and spacious, well laid out room with very comfortable beds.

Breakfast buffet was plentiful but not 5 star quality.

Location, partial harbor view and the staff were wonderful. I also liked the large fitness center (the pool looked good but didn’t have time to use).

The beds were too soft for us but this is a personal preference. The place is a little outdated. And I wish more organic food options were near or available at hotel. A conference event was happening when we stayed so it felt crowded with a business vibe.

Most comfortable beds ever! The attentiveness of the staff made us feel special. The location is excellent with easy access to Circular Quay, restaurants and public transportation. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Sydney.

I loved the room. very luxurious. the breakfast was great. dinner was very average. service was amazing overall. staff are all so friendly, helpful and polite. the pool area needs a desperate update seems very outdated in terms of design etc. I would recommend getting rid of the lime green and either putting cream or something with blue and white or yellow and white (nautical theme) to give it a different atmosphere or vibe. Maybe also some music in the pool area would have livened up the experience it seemed a bit dull up there. i loved how the pool staff came by with those beetroot shots though that was awesome. i loved that we were offered water before we hopped back in the car at valet and i liked that the bellboy opened the door for me it was very nice. i think guests appreciate those little things. overall fantastic experience.

Room. So small. Really not up to Four Seasons Standard as they usually have wonderfully large rooms. Bathroom was tiny and the shower pressure was dreadful. Bed. The pillows were great. the mattress was a little too soft. Housekeeping was great. Staff were excellent

The rooms are very very small. I won't stay here again because of that. I have stayed at many other Four Seasons Hotels all around the world, and these rooms were very disappointing.. not the usual standard. The Swimming pool was awful, too deep and very little room to do laps.

The location was fantastic. 3-minute walk to harbour and public transport. The view from the room was unbelievable. Check-in and out were also very easy. Our flight was also arriving a few hours earlier than normal check-in time. The hotel was more than willing to accommodate us checking in early (with prior communication) as we had a prior booking we needed to meet. Very happy customer, will be returning to this hotel when in Sydney again.

Waiting for lifts to come. Most times the wait was more than a minute, even with 5 lifts.

The smell in the hallways is not fresh, the lifts need fixing, all carpets I notice stained, and the bench top of the vanity in the bathroom and table are stained and old.
