Cost of a takeaway coffee! Go to Starbucks if you don’t want to faint!

Friendly and helpful staff, Parking available on site, amazing rooms with the most comfortable beds i've seen in a hotel. Central location directly downtown right by the water, lots of restaurants nearby.

The staff were very friendly and nice. The room was comfy.

To be honest the price was high but there was a lot going on that weekend. Unfortunately everything is higher.

Apart from the relentless construction all around, the location in terms of proximity to things is great. Rooms are comfortable.

The rooms are dark and somewhat tired. I had a number of issues with cleanliness, the thermostat, and bathroom fixtures. Would love it if we could stream from our own devices to the TV.

although it lovely...the lighting in the room was difficult to negotiate...too bright in the bathroom...too dark in the main room...

I hate the construction of the opposite side of the road, can’t turn on the window of shutter and the atmosphere is too dark.

The room was kept clean.

Magnetic keys needed to be replaced several times ...which was irritating. A few lights needed replacing. More lighting is needed ...the room was too dark. The lighting switch for the closet area also turned on lamps at the bed ...a really strange combination. The soap dispenser in the shower ran out and was not refilled.

The hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel with a lovely staff. Everyone wants to help & I believe they realize they are not dealing with an ideal situation . More about that in next question.

I can not emphasize enough about the construction. There is not just some construction across the street . You are in the middle of a construction zone , the hotel is literally plopped in the middle. For me , noise was not a problem, although there are ear plugs in the room . It is the construction smells, dank, particulates. I have asthma & used my mask when walking to hotel door. Inside , is fine. They do tell you there is construction but you can’t realize how close.

Location was excellent for our purposes. Bed was comfy. Room very Quiet. Staff very helpful.

No hot water for bath feature only shower. No plug in sink. So much construction outside no view.

Construction … and the price ..

The location was perfect for our visit. Fairly close to train station. Very close to family and other sight-seeing options.

Building work opposite hotel was a bit noisy with a 6am start. Not the hotel's fault but maybe a reduction in the room rate for the inconvenience would have been nice. The breakfast was ok, but a little over-priced.

I thought the dinner was excellent along with the service. I also enjoyed the location that was very close to restaurants and tourist locations. The rooms were very clean and trendy. The staff was very helpful

The room keys were not working properly. So that could be improved. Although there is construction it may be inconvenient if I was driving but that was not the case for me.

The breakfast was delicious but overpriced. I stayed for 3 nights and should have received free breakfast at least one day. I loved the room, very comfortable.

The room had very poor lighting especially due to construction I had no view and could not even open my blinds as there was another building right infront of my room window.

The thermostat in our room was not working properly the first night.

The construction outside of the hotel made access to vehicles much more difficult.

We loved the vibe of the area all around!

Noise from construction so early in the day. Granted, nothing the hotel can do about it, but literally the only complaint we had!!

Please note the hotel is located in the middle of a contruction site. There is quite some noise from Monday - Saturday.

Personnel could have been more friendly and helpful. Biggest problem was none of the staff communicates together. You agree something with one person but that person does not make any notes so when another person takes over you get the same question and discussion again.

I loved the room. It was so beautiful and comfy. I originally booked this hotel because of its interior design.

Outside of the hotel is currently going on a lot of construction. So car parking in front of the hotel door might take some time.

Good situation - shame about all the building works surrounding it. Staff were friendly. Room was comfortable and clean although lighting could be improved as very dark.

Restaurant very expensive with limited choice of meals. Breakfast again was expensive, with limited choice and poor value for money.

Great location, incredibly comfortable bed. Loved the free water on every floor. Quiet.

Had dinner once in lobby bar - thought it could be improved to meet high standards of the hotel.

Great location for events at the Roger’s centre. Beds were extremely comfortable.

Staff was incredibly kind and accommodated our needs with a late checkout due to issues with our flight.
