St Regis Hotel, Vancouver

The location was convenient, staff were very helpful with suggestions on places to visit and the room was great.

The price was fair just on the higher side of comfortable though.

We liked how it was close to everything. We liked how there was complimentary breakfast.

It was a little more expensive then the Sutton. And the room didn't have a fridge

Great location, and the breakfast is a sit down offering with a menu! The staff were wonderful and it was a beautiful hotel.

Parking was a little tricky but manageable.

Room and location were good. Breakfast was so-so but not bad. Desk staff were friendly. Room was comfortable. Heated bathroom floor was nice. Shower was nice.

At night, quite a bit of traffic noise, groups of people walking about and laughing on the street four stories below. Parking was difficult to get to since it's buried under the building next door and you have to go through the building to reach it. Heating setup is complicated. There's a wall-mounted heater. ALSO, there's an air-conditioning system that's controlled separately. Until we figured that out, we were confused why turning the heater up didn't make things warm... Neighborhood didn't seem the best. We didn't particularly feel like stirring around on foot at night there.

Clean, spacious rooms. Heated bathroom floors was a plus. Staff were awesome. Breakfast was very good. Good location. Would stay again.

Only suggestion would be to put little fridge in the rooms.

The hotel is very comfortable and in a great location in the centre of Vancouver and close to shops, bars and restaurants. There is a Metro station next door and many bus stops very close. The room was very comfortable and of sufficient size. Cooked and continental breakfasts were very good. Staff in reception, restaurant and bar were excellent, for example helpful with a good recommendation for a restaurant, which we enjoyed very much. An extremely enjoyable stay. Value was very good for the centre of Vancouver.

The St. Regis is a wonderful hotel. We booked for one night, and we will definitely return the next time we're in Vancouver. The staff is absolutely exceptional. Juan is the only name I caught, but he, along with everyone else, was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Juan even left a hand written welcome note in our room. The room was large enough and comfortable with lovely linens and complimentary water. The bathroom was huge with a deep soaking tub and thick luxurious towels. The breakfast was lovely -- freshly made, no rubbery eggs and nasty buffet waffles! The location can't be beat. We were close to the subway and a major bus line. There was a 7-11 across the street for those last minute snacks and beverages and a delightful French patisserie on the corner. We did not eat in the restaurant, but my guess is that it is as well attended to as the hotel. The St. Regis is not cheap, but compared to other downtown hotels, it is a bargain. We loved it!

The breakfast was excellent and I see the value in the limited choice (less waste). The staff - front desk, cleaning and breakfast - we all friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend and consider returning to this hotel.

The lobby is a little small.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast choices were all generous and good.

Location was great.. Close to our cruise ship port, shops, restaurant.. Facilities very nice, included excellent breakfast.. Hotel Restaurants very nice

No gym and no pool

It was in a very central location within easy walking distance to major shops, restaurants and sightseeing areas. The property itself was beautiful and the room was very comfortable.

The check in staff member did not listen to payment instructions, and this resulted in additional credit card charges for us.

I was expecting to see small ref. In the room. And to have tea/coffe and the Mattel in the bathroom near toilet is in hygynic. Please remove them and put them inside the bedroom, plenty of space and many discs.

Comfortable room with a nice cozy bed! Hotel is perfectly situated around public rail system so getting around to where I needed to go (including to and from the airport!) was a breeze! The free sit-down breakfast was excellent. I was expecting a self-serve waffle machine but it was served by a great wait staff and the food was excellent.

Probably a little pricey but then so are a lot of other hotels and downtown Vancouver

Beds were very comfy. The hotel was lovely and quiet (we moved on to a second downtown hotel as part of a tour and this was not the case)

Everything was great. Helpful and pleasant staff, clean hotel and rooms, breakfast great, We were there for an event at the Rogers Arena and the walking distance was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone doing the same. Had an amazing dinner at the adjoining restaurant Gotham. Staff and meal beyond expectations. Great bakery/coffee place right next door AMAZING. Loved everything about the experience.
