Excellent location. Staff were all very professional and courteous. I can’t say enough about the staff, they were amazing. The hotel and rooms were very opulent. Absolutely loved our stay here. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Thank you to the staff who were so helpful and kind. They made our stay fantastic.
Was in a good position close to shops, restaurants etc. Our room was small but quaint and was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent. There was always room to get a table of choice. There was a good selection of food both hot and cold to choose from.
There is nothing not to like about this hotel.

We stayed at this property two nights before our cruise and one night at the conclusion of our cruise before we flew home. Cannot say enough how amazing it was. Gorgeous boutique hotel in a prime location and the staff was excellent!

Very nice hotel in quiet district.
Bed was nice and large. Location was close to Piazza Roma and not far to walk to St Mark’s square. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Many nearby shops and restaurants. Very quiet
The reception staff was not very friendly. Only two large towels for two people and I always need two for myself. Small room for a Superior double. Hard to pull suitcases up two flights of stairs. Expensive area for private taxi.

Beautiful and comfortable- highly recommended; just a bit distant from San Marco
Beautiful boutique hotel with great comfort. It is located in the Cannaregio neighborhood, right next to the Jewish ghetto, train station and numerous restaurants within 10-15 min walk. From the airport one can get here by water transport to the Guglie boat stop or train station. The rooms are equipped with everything required, they are clean and modern, beds are comfortable, cosmetics is amazing, AC and wifi worked well. It is quiet in the room - no noise is heard from outside. There is not much people in the hotel, so it feels restful. The breakfast was very nice, with fruits, vegetables and other meals. Personnel is nice and pleasant.
The only minus to consider is that it takes approx 20-30 min by walking to the main touristic attractions. This may be not comfortable for those who need to rest from long walks during the day or similar.

Highly recommend for any stay in Venice
Excellent location for arriving by train and catching the water bus to the airport. Close to restaurants and shops and a reasonable walk to the city center. Air condition in the room worked well and the bathroom/shower was excellent. Friendly, helpful staff. One of the best stops on our multi-city trip.

Wonderful hotel
Wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Venice, easily accessible from the train station on foot. Room was lovey, with absolutely stunning smelling toiletries! Breakfast was wonderful both mornings. They kindly kept our luggage after checkout so we could enjoy our day. Would definitely recommend.

good location, nice overall local classic feel, tiny room and friendly staff
very good location, nice antique small palazzo. The staff extremely nice , we had to leave early to catch a plane, they prepared a "breakfast box' for us to take away.
room was clean , towels& soaps super nice
the room is extremely small... was ok for us just for the night, but for a longer stay it would be challenging for 2 of us and suitcases. shower space too is a bit too basic (missing a shelf or something to put your stuff)

Tremendous value.
The staff was very helpful and as friendly as I have ever had. The breakfast was great. The location was superb. The room was fantastic with great air conditioning as we had hot weather every day.

Excellent location
The location is excellent. 10 minutes walk to the train station about 15 minutes to the centre. Plenty restaurants and shops nearby. Room is nicely decorated with a modern spacious bathroom.
The room is a bit small.

Wonderful stay in Venice at The Arcadia Boutique Hotel. I highly recommend.
The location was perfect. Very close to the Alilaguna stop so very easy to arrive from and depart to the Airport. Many restaurants and shops in close proximity. Staff was excellent. Very pleasant and helpful. Fresh towels every day.
No chest of drawers if one wanted to unpack. Only one, small trash can in room, located in the bathroom. No elevator, but given the fact that all the hotels in Venice are in old buildings and Palazzos with few floors it is probably not unusual. Not a game- changer, though.

FANTASTIC service and staff attached to a lovely room in a great location.
Location, size of room, cleanliness, cheerful staff.
the location is perfect, easy walk to the train station, right around the corner from the Ghetto, walk-able (everything in Venice is walked) to St. Marks. Nice breakfast. Nice room.
However, the standout item was the staff. THEY WERE AMAZING. Polite, nice, happy, and ahead of me at every turn. I was SO impressed.
I didn't have any problems. I was REALLY happy with them. The review system requires that I put something here, so.... um... let's see.... I can't. The team at the front desk was so nice, so on top of things... the room was clean and comfortable... I don't have any complaints.
