Great breakfast and very nice pool.

Beach was under construction and the price appeared to high given the beach was not ready. In summer beach chairs should be available on the beach and the beach houses front of the breakfast case and the hotel are HORRIBLE and OLD School - would expect a modern beach club style!

Lovely location and beautiful room.We stayed in late September so it was quiet on the Lido. It was a trip to celebrate our 30th anniversary and we got a lovely keepsake tin of cookies and wine as a surprise gift.

Staff in general were very nice but we found the girl who checked us in aloof and unfriendly. Lunch was very expensive for what we got.

Atmospheric, prestigious hotel with wide, safe and clean private beach. Generally polite, courteous and helpful staff. The hotel's private free boat shuttle to San Marco is very quick and convenient.

Unfortunately, the hotel hosted a conference during our stay and the sheer number of guests one morning overwhelmed the breakfast staff, some of whom became stressed and less helpful - I hadn't expected this drop in service. We were probably just unlucky.

Very nice, iconic location. Quiet beach. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was superb!

We expected more of our dinner. We made a reservation for the Adriatico Terrace, but the location was closed and dinner was downstairs with a live musician. (piano) Our meals were ok, but with flaws (overcooking of the risotto for example)

Everything was just perfect from arrival to departure thanks to an amazing hotel, we will definitely be back.

Great location, facilities and and our seaview room was lovely. (classic were a bit small).

food very disappointing/mediocre for price and standard of hotel - pool bar and blue bar ok/standard but expensive restaurant was very poor - our worst meal in venice. Lots of decor and displays very old fashioned - the whole place needs a refresh.

it’s not that long since the whole place was refurbished. I believe around 13 years but feels like it could all do with a good clean/ revamp

The shower floor flooding from badly designed shower stall. Some of the staff were snooty. One staff chided me for unknowingly walking through an empty outdoor restaurant to get to the pool. They charge for everything even drinking water by the pool. Ridiculously expensive to rent a beach cabana. Not included in the already exorbitant room rate

It’s a beautiful old hotel with great facilities and lovely to stay outside the hustle and bustle of Venice. The beach is lovely, as is the pool.

The prices in the hotel for food and drink are extortionate! 11 euros for a cup of tea plus a mandatory 3 euros per person cover charge every time you ordered anything! There wasn’t a kettle in our room so we couldn’t make our own. The hotel boats don’t allow luggage so you have to pay 100 euro to get a water taxi from Venice to the hotel with your luggage, and again after check out.

Very good, excellent yogurt and honey! Every thing good also.

Excellent breakfast ! Staff was just perfect ! Everything was arranged in a few mo ments ! Languages knowledge concierge en staff were excellent ! Great large pool ! Large rooms ! Bottle of water every day available ! Boat transfers were on time to get to Venise !!

The hotel has a beautiful big swimming pool; very clean with extremely fresh water! True pleasure to swim .

It is a beautifully designed hotel but is old now. It needs renovation specially bathrooms. The beach by the hotel is not the nicest. The price of renting a cabane on the beach is ridiculous !!! 300 euros for a day!!! Such an expensive hotel Should provide free of charge long chairs on the beach ; not asking for 300 euros to have a place on the beach. No transport facilities for guests coming to the hotel or leaving. Nothing in the room. No drinking water; no teas. Few coffee pads only; never recharged.

One of the best hotel where we ever stayed and we were the second time there. Really amazing beach and environment, specially the boat taxi to venice. Be there where all the stars stay when the film festival is.

There is only one thing what we do not like so much: the price. The rooms are expensive but the addon costs on the bars are horrible. but on the other hand this keeps the hotel exklusive.

Bathroom slightly outdated

The bathroom was a outdated, looks like a relic from the 70s also underlined by fixtures like the wall mounted blow dryer. Carpet flooring is unhygienic. Room was close to the street which sometimes sounded like a highway, especially at night.

The room, gym, pool and beach are very nice.

We arrived for our honeymoon to which not even a word of congratulation was muttered, very strange. For a 5 star hotel there were really many small things that were not ok. The staff was not particularly nice. Our cushions in bed smelled bad, the bathrobes smelled very strongly of another persons perfume (after a call they were replaced but it was still shocking to begin with!). Cotton pads were not replaced, there was still an old coffee capsule in the machine from the guest before. Only 2 out of 4 nights was a turn down service done. I really expected much more from this once so glamorous institution and was thoroughly disappointed.

This is a real 5 star hotel. It’s beautiful with spacious rooms, delicious breakfast and with plenty of staff to serve you everywhere. It’s the perfect place to relax with family or as a couple

Very comfortable hotel, excellent helpful staff. Brilliant service. Fantastic breakfast.

The shore could work a little better. It tended to go hot and cold whilst showering, and it was difficult to control the temperature.

High quality service, excellent food, great staff! Boat service to San Marco square was exceptional.

Gazebo at the beach were a bit overpriced.
