Cosy family run hotel
It was our second stay in Hotel Flora and we had a nice experience again. The staff is kind and professional, the location is perfect. The bed is very comfortable and the room is cosy and authentic. We loved the breakfast and the inner garden of the hotel.
The bathroom of our room was some stairs lower and had a low height, which was tricky for us having a bathtub, as we are both tall with my husband. Some minor repairs should be considered too (the door of our wardrobe did not stay open and closed on the person packing, the door of the room had a wide gap at the bottom even after closing).

Top level pleasant and would go back today.
The whole hotel made one feel like Venetian royalty. Smiling, accommodating, appropriate suggestions on restaurants, museums, special sites, etc. Definitely worth a return stay. Excellent continental breakfast and be sure to have a cocktail, shaken or stirred, in the bar. Extremely quiet at night for great sleep.

I would stay here again, no question.
The staff were excellent. In fact, when we left, a staff member set up a water taxi. She walked us to the dock.

Charming old-world hotel in a great location near St Mark’s Square. Beautiful courtyard for breakfast and cocktails, and nice indoor seating area, too. Their private dock is very handy for water taxi rides!

Unforgettable hotel experience
Very quiet hotel just around corner from pretty busy street. Old, charming and beautiful. Room 23 was large and quiet. Staff is so welcoming and helpful. Nice breakfast. Happy hour a great retreat after the hectic touring. Porter can be reserved to handle your bags to or from a water taxi. Nothing negative about this hotel. Centrally located to St Mark Sq, shopping and restaurants. Not far from public water taxi service.

Our second visit was better than our first which had been excellent. The location is perfectly placed in San Marco. The hotel is quiet and our room was excellent with all that we needed.
