Superb. Wonderful central location, lovely helpful staff. Cool interesting interior. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Exceptional staff helped us book great restaurants in the area on a busy weekend. Super communicative and ensures our stay in Venice was amazing. We loved the friendly local hosts!

Staff could not be more friendly and helpful in facilitating bookings etc and just being a mine of information! The overall environment is comfortable and charming. Breakfast exceeded expectations being in a pretty courtyard and offering a range of delightful 'extras'.

I found the bed a little hard but that is very much a personal preference

The Service at Novecento was impeccable. Every single member of the staff went out of their way to ensure we had an incredible experience in Venice - from recommendations to dinner reservations, they were so willing to help! Furthermore, in our opinion the location was ideal. We loved the cozy vibe of the hotel and the lovely breakfast as well.

We originally booked to stay at the Novecento, but because of low visitor numbers, were instead accommodated at the Hotel Flora, a second property owned by the Romanelli family. Initially disappointed at the change, we have to say that our time at the Flora exceeded out expectations. A superb location: five minutes from Piazza San Marco. We were met on arrival by Sra Heibe Romanelli, following which Nirvana ensured we had everything we needed, including reservations for dinner. Following a fine Sri Lankan tradition, Mr Fernando makes the finest gin and tonic. The room was spacious, individual and well equipped, with an amazingly comfortable bed. The breakfast on both mornings was faultless and served with panache and humour. Throughout our stay, Sr. Gioele Romanelli could not have been more attentive. Hospitality at its finest.

We should have come in the summer rather than the winter: the courtyard garden would have been superb for drinks or breakfast!

Incredible hotel, location and services but the best were the hotel owners and staff - thank you for everything, I hope we can come back soon!!!

Novecento is the perfect boutique hotel. Lots of curated details, beautiful decor, warm atmosphere and charming rooms -- but also a super attentive staff. Really lovely experience.

The breakfast was best we had in Italy. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The outside terrace was wonderful and location was good.

The shower in the room was so small we had to move doors in just to use toilet. The rooms were not soundproof and heard noise from others when leaving/entering. The room was overall small for what we paid although I know it was Venice

Staff at this hotel make the stay wonderful. So many great recommendations of restaurants and things to do. The hotel itself is lovely, a beautiful stay!

Slightly thin walls but the same across Europe so nothing I didn’t like.
