Eclectic, cosy and fun 🥰 we visited at Christmas time and the hotel was only a short walk away from three large markets - Rathausplatz, Marie Theresien Platz and Spittelberg.

Very friendly staff, room was very clean and nice. Small but nice. Location was very good, near Museum quarter, close to U3 station and also good for walking to city centar... very big lobby and restoran/bar if you want to chill....and roof top bar with spectacular view (if you are party person). all together super.

Room is so small, the bathroom door opens into the bed so if you have partner/roommate who must go very often it is a bit inconvenient....

Beautiful and well kept. Loved the sauna. Staff were lovely.

A little noisy at times - bars and neighbouring rooms. Breakfast is too pricey - particularly if you just want a coffee and croissant

It was close to the train and tram station and stops. The proximity to some of the attractions. and quirky interior design. The breakfast was good but a bit pricey.

Not enough space in the room

Great location to explore the city especially if you are coming for Christmas markets. Very clean, enough space for two, comfortable beds, mini fridge with some selection of drinks. There is a rooftop bar but we didn't manage to go there as it was completely full. It looked great though.

Spa/sauna facilities were excellent! Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The tier of room we booked - 'medium room' - by default has no storage available. There are no cupboards, shelves or drawers, just a couple of hooks on the wall. This was not disclosed in any of the room details we saw prior to booking, and was a nasty surprise on arrival for a 5-day stay! By asking staff, we were able to switch to a room with a slightly better setup, but there's no guarantee those will be available for everyone.

Excellent location, very clean and super friendly staff. This hotel really pays attention to small details that will make your trip such as free drinks in the minibar and a Freutag bag with every room free to use during your stay! Absolutely loved the room design too.

Location and its quirky design.

The fan noise and not enough pillows. The room on the 7th floor is awesome but the noise from the bar on weekends is loud.

The staff were professional! I liked the room carnival theme and BT Speaker!

I didn't get the room I ordered...but they refunded the difference. We weren't informed that the roof was closed for a new year event... Which would have been great for fireworks... Apparently it was on their website but not on booking.com

Beautiful rooms, equipped with everything needed in the center of the city. The staff was really helpful to book us a taxi to the airport and help us guide through the city. The restaurant inside the hotel was also exceptional.

I would only like to have a single king/queen size bed instead of 2 singles joined.

Great location, and friendly, helpful staff. The property is quirky and artsy, with a grown-up 'hostel' vibe - eclectic furnishings, circus-themed art and an industrial vibe.

The rooms are small, which is not a huge issue, but if people are used to a more American type hotel, they may be surprised/disappointed. The towels are also very small and pretty underwhelming.

Breakfast was amazing if a little expensive

The cost of food and drink was quite high.

Breakfast was great - they had some regional specialities which were nice to try. Our room was wonderful and had a fantastic view. We were visiting near Christmas so saw the markets, with some of the biggest very close to the hotel. The museum quarter itself is really great - you can get tickets to all five museums for a single price, which we would recommend.

The only downside with the breakfast is that the coffee they serve is from a machine which isn't that great, but there's plenty of juice, prosecco, and other things to drink instead.

Just amazing !!!!! Clean-modern-luxurious-great stuff-the manager of the reception desk and all employees are amazing, breakfast is the best you can find and the view “to die for”.

Sauna and spa were nice to come back to after a long day. Rooftop bar was great and lively along with the staff being attentive and helpful throughout our stay

Breakfast was expensive (€28 pp) so we decided to go out and there are lots of brunch spots nearby
