Beautiful building located in the centre of the city

The rooms are small but have everything you need

Small rooms w/o a comfortable chair No lounge area other than small area in bar No alternative to 38 euro b’fast. I could not get a small b’fast so we had to go out to find one, unless we wanted to pay 76 euros at the start of everyday for rolls and coffee!

Location- excellent Staff, generally very pleasant Excellent breakfast. Bar, well stocked and busy.

No drawers to put clothes in. Not enough hangers for towels and dressing gowns. My wife was annoyed there was no shower cap.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable! The room was spacious as well. The hotel isn’t too far from the centre (10mins to the St. Stephen’s Cathedral), it was a nice walk.

The rooms were dark, and the bedside lights don’t function unless all other lights are turned on, but at least they were dimmable.

Lovely decor in rooms and fixtures, stylish interiors, friendly staff, classy establishment, poolside infinity pool. Great stuff.

Liked everything, even the stuffed horse. Maybe just a kettle for tea and coffee in the rooms

Great location and great interior design. One the best breakfast ever, but you should pay for that. Great view at the rooftop. Good stuff. But, no a lot of additional perks. You pay more for great location and history, hotel so simple in service

Mainly its location. Its unusual design.

I was fine but will ask for a room in the back rather than facing the street.

The staff were excellent. The hotel was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The room was magnificent. Having a small pool on the roof was a nice novelty but it was a little cold. It is situated in a nice area ten minutes walk from the main shopping area.

The breakfast was disappointing. At Euro 30 for an adult and Euro 17.50 for a child I would have expected much more. There was a very limited choice of hot food and there was a lot of food that I would not have considered breakfast foods but everyone is different. I would stay here again but I would not purchase the breakfast. Much too expensive.

Location was excellent

Room was located overlooking the inner courtyard of the hotel where the garbage and recycling pick up occurs. Therefore we were hearing the garbage collection all night. I would choose a different room next time.

The smell from restaurant is everywhere... it smells in the room by schnitzel...

Breakfast options are so bad, only main dishes, no variety

Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and a good variety to choose from. Rooftop bar nice place to have a pre-dinner cocktail. Staff friendly.

Only one desk was open during check-in. At the second desk a trainee was waiting for a staff member to come. I was asked to wait at the second desk. When the staff member came another guest pushed in front and was served. Staff didn't say a word. I found that very disrespectful.

That my deposit wasn’t sent back despite we have checked out and there wasn’t any consumption..

- The room was great! very quiet, staff attentive, and everything very modern. - the price point for the location is very reasonable - the rooftop bar and pool - just exceptional, especially at night! my favourite place in Vienna!

- The shower is literally in the room - not separated by the door, and in about a meter from the bed. I didn't mind as I travelled alone, but I imagine it might be an issue for two people. - No tea kettle - I was a bit under the weather with no way to get the hot water (room service closed at night)
