Great location. Great place to stay!
The location was great! It was close to the Metro station, as well as downtown restaurants & tourist destinations. The room was very comfortable & clean.
Not having ice machines available was a little problem. But the staff always brought up ice when we called & asked for it! There was some nearby construction noise every morning, but it didn't start too early!

Perfect for the job ! We will come back for our next trip in Washington.
Clean and spacious room, perfect location, close to everything worth to visit and a lot can be done walking. A lot of restaurants and nice places to have brunch/lunch around. We tried the room service and it was delicious.
They propose a room with vue on the park but doesn’t seem possible and we ended up with view on the street.
We would arrive late in the night but even if we called in advance to let them know, the person who welcomed us was not very friendly and seemed really annoyed. Rest of people were really nice.

Cozy, cute, feel like I traveled back in time to when I traveled with my parents. From the service to the layout and décor! We loved it
The only complaints is we could not use the sofa bed as the sheets on it were old and had dirt(debris and did not feel clean)?

Comfortable classic hotel in an excellent location
This is a classic older hotel with lots of charm. Located adjacent to the George Washington University campus and a short walk from Farragut West and Foggy Bottom metro stations.

From the first interaction, It was wonderful. Beautiful hotel! The door-man was pleasant and helpful. Check in /check out was thorough but efficient. The room was clean and bed was large and comfortable. This hotel stay was wonderful! No complaints!
No complaints… my vacation was split between two hotels. The first was a nightmare… this hotel was a breath of fresh air. I chose this hotel for majority of stay.

Lovely Hotel- with very comfortable rooms an great bed. The hotel is lovely - old and grand with lots of character. Staff were wonderful and I really cant fault the hotel.
The Restaurant was closed when we were there although they offered us some food in the bar. We walked across the road to an English bar and had great drinks and food

Excellent historical hotel in great location.
Large room with separate kitchenette. Very spacious. Huge, comfortable bed. Handy for the Whitehouse and Lincoln Memorial.

The stay was great, the staff were attentive and polite.
The room was super clean. The location is excellent.
I think they need to put in a food and drinks machine. Because we arrived early in the morning and we didn't have anything to drink or eat at the hotel.

Parking is expensive and valet only, in the morning there was no hot water from hot water faucet until we actually checked out, pillows super uncomfortable because of size of little bombs/too thickk

Nice Hotel
the room was very spacious with a separate kitchen, and large comfy beds. Location is great, walking distance to most monuments, nice neighborhood to walk around.
no microwave or regular ovens, so I had to buy all the food from restaurants which is quite expensive in this luxury area,.
breakfast is also so expensive , so it is better to eat out.
voice isolation between rooms is not the best.
