A fun weekend in DC! Will definitely stay again!!
We loved the creative and classic decor as well as the comfort of the room, temperature, shower … everything! The staff (all weekend) was so accommodating and overly friendly!

This is a hidden gem, close to a ton of restaurants and historical landmarks all within walking dist

Thoughtfully designed hotel
Rooms were thoughtfully designed with all the things that make an extended stay more comfortable. I appreciated the room layout (having the bed around the corner from the door, so light doesn't shine right on sleeping guests through the peep hole and door cracks), the fact there were towel hooks in the right places for reaching easily from the shower, the power outlets in the bedside lamps, the magnifying mirror in the bathroom, as well as the complimentary coffee. Rooms were quiet and comfortable.

Ideal location, clean room and a nice staff.
Location is top, right on the doorstep of Capitol Hill.
In the room, there was little closet space. We missed the minibar in the room with snacks.

From the receptionist to the house keeper, all the staff, were more than amazing.
I like how hospitable the staff were. Their main priority was to help the guests, I could tell that they love what they do. In addition, the house keeper was excellent with making the room clean. The valet was great also. In conclusion, everything was exceptional.

Every aspect of the hotel was considers when decorating. It was super cute to experience it.
I loved the novelty of the hotel. I loved the uniqueness. The kids loved the decorative pillows. The employees were wonderful. They were very friendly and informative. Valet parking was great. We appreciated the access to wifi.
Honestly, everything was really great. If I were to find one thing, it would say, it would have been nice to have extra bedding in the room to be able to sleep on the longe chair. Having the lounge chair in the room was wonderful.

I am so happy I found this hotel on Booking.com! It was the perfect home-base for our visit to DC.
The decor was beautiful! It was a treat to come “home” to this hotel, decorated in a stylish George Washington theme, after exploring the city all day. The beds were comfortable—nice pillows and sheets. The room we were in was larger that we’d expected, with a good-sized bathroom. The lobby was gorgeous and welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful. There’s a charming Irish pub around the corner where we ate dinner with our kids and a Corner Bakery on the other side of the building. We loved our stay!
We only wished the tv had Netflix or Pay per View. Maybe it did and we just didn’t see it.

Incredibly nice hotel with excellent service and location. Very close to Union Station and DC sites.
The breakfast was exceptionally good and reasonably priced. I had the yogurt, which had fresh berries, granola, and yogurt- perfect! The service was also excellent.

Awesome staff, great location, and incredibly comfortable beds!
The staff at the hotel were absolutely wonderful!! Everyone was very friendly, kind, & welcoming!! The lobby was a very nice place to use for relaxing and having a cup of coffee.
We had issues with the toilet not flushing with enough force, but we got a credit for the problem. The shower was weak, it needed more pressure.

Awesome Decor, Staff & Bikes!
They had bikes! We loved riding the mall. The room was extra large with a sofa. So that perfect for us traveling with our son. The staff was wonderful and super friendly.

Great staff, stylish hotel, good sized rooms.
The staff were incredibly nice and helpful with early check-in and bag storage. They also promptly fixed an issue we had with the pull out sofa bed.
The location was not ideal for family nighttime outings. Food options were also limited in the evenings.
